I'd rather burn those cubes next week with Unicron on the line.

...or failing that. The Seacons. And yes, I'm holding out hope they're coming sooner than never. With my luck it'll be the event just after they shut this game down.

It's honestly the only thing keeping me playing. The hopes that I'll farm enough resources and have a good enough deck for Tier 1 Snaptrap or Piranacon.

For three cards, sure. But I mean, they're forcing you to buy ALL three. Just spending money on an R5 card is whatever. If someone wants to do it, they can do it. Or even if they want to buy one R4 card which is going to be less than worthless in 5 days, they can do that. But to force anyone who wants the R5 card to buy TWO less than worthless R4 cards to get it is pretty crazy.

Same thing happened to me. I'm steaming mad...

I wouldn't say Wheelie and Swoop are completely useless. If you have strong enough defenses, you can at least put Grimlock and Swoop behind those and watch them take out one opponent at a time while your opponent struggles to finish off the Nova/Trion/Soundwave you have planted in front of them.

    er... 1 x 10 = 10.

Although I wouldn't mind if you mistaked it to 4 million, since that's the number of years the Transformers lay dormant after crashing on Earth. :D

Of course they are. Once this event ends, any R4 is completely useless. Even during this event, if I see even one R4 card in my opponent's deck, it's more or less an instant win for me.

I like the new battle pattern; add a bit more brain less strategy. Allowed me to rank up pretty quick but with the new own streak reward structure, I'd be losing a ton of BC quick! Farm would suck too!

Yeah, farming is basically one 2-streak every two hours.  Wasting two hourly recharges allows you to bank one BC. Wheeeeeee.

I'll be interested to see how many people go for it this event even though they'll lose so much. I'm also interested how Mobage has the nerve to say rewards have increased when you become Trion, when they've actually DEcreased. Substantially.

its probably their way trying to cut back on bc farming and slowly draining all the bc out there. after all, people wont pay for bc if they amassed vast amounts of bc themselves. it could explain why the sudden choke in rewards

I imagine that's it. I just wonder how stupid they believe people are? Of course, they may have a more realistic handle on how stupid people are than I do. That's why I'm curious to see how this plays out.

And this I have problem believing. Maybe somebody from the board can confirm? (regarind one cubing)

I don't see how any deck can one cube up to streak 140+. Sure, you can have the raiders or strong reward cards but you still can not rely on strong defenders with low attack to hold the line while the hidden killers pick up grunts one by one. At some point one needs to start two- or even three cubing.

On the way to achieve Trion rank, I one cubed my way with absolutely no problem, not losing a single battle. I have a DP of 21,224 or so (Cyclonuses as commanders with one Skywarp's and two BW Megatron's weapons).

When I start a battle streak, I one cube and kill up to streak 25 or so and I win easily with 20 - 40% health left. No close victories, always 20%+ left.

But around that said streak 25, I lose to a deck no different from the one that I beat easily several times before. The replay shows that the guy was quite lucky with his shots and/or criticals.

What I want to say is that I doubt you can one cube all the way and even the strongest decks will need to two cube and then 1 Mio points will cost more than 25 BC (but I could be wrong).
The Mobage code surely starts to temper with the battle patterns at some point (my guess is between streaks 20 and 30), making you no longer rely on exchaning pot shots and wanting to multiply the damage factor to ensure that you kill your opponent faster.
If anything (check my posts) I already witnessed a battle where the oponent scored TEN criticals against me within ONE battle before and nobody tells me it's just coincidence. That's Mobage interference code going haywire. It's there.

Meh Event! Expensive Raw pack - saw someone that has 5 MTM Grimlocks, hmmm :S oh well its his money! This is one - if not the worst episode ever! And you guys are right, expect the r6 Unicron card to be available for top 10 only. If making it to top 100 is stressful enough, imagine finishing 50! Reward cards are Meh anyway

:throw I also stopped playing this event since yesterday. I have sent mobage an email regarding
BC consumptions, UR5 not available via rubies, and the tier rewards. As of now They haven't answered it. Or their automated replying code is also having problems..

the reality is, they made this game to make money.
"While paying to win" is a line I've never crossed, enough people have; and Mobage is catering to that.
    As a business, they should.

I guess it's a balance between encouraging paying "gamers" and keeping the free-players engaged enough so that we provide them with free publicity when everyone sees us playing & discussing.

My progress after a days scanning/pvp. Gonna have another run at it tonight, facing full decks of cyclonus for the most part at the moment.

Basically infiniplay is nearly dead. They don't want players farming, no money to be made in that. So not only are you having to spend big $$ on Raidrs, but now you will HAVE to buy cubes...both BC and EC in order to make tier 1. Its free to play, but.....PAY TO WIN......plain and simple.
