    As long as the oversimplified super kibble figures stick to movie and TRB I'll manage just fine. Just praying they don't do the same to the Generations figures.

    Based on what the ACToys members have been saying ËãÊǾ¢±¬ÏûÏ¢ÁË¡¾Ð¡ÁÖºëµä½«ÔÚ2014Äê½ÓÌæÁ«¾®ÕÂÎòÖØÐÂÖ´ÕÆMPϵÁÐÉè¼Æ¡¿£¨2L¸üÐÂÔÓ־ͼ£©|±äÐνð¸Õ×ÛºÏÌÖÂÛÇø - ACÄ£ÍæÍø - ÖÐÎÄÊÀ½ç×î´óµÄÄ£ÐÍÍæ¾ßÉçÇø, it seems the TF4 movie toys would be what he / his team would be working on

    it's in Chinese though and there's a possibility of mistranslation from the Japanese article to Chinese (actoys) to English(me)

    Man, that is awful. Not much hope left that we'll get decent Dinobots out of this line.

    At the time, the left one was explicitly stated to be Leader class.

    Wow, after seeing those comparisons, yea this new Prime is definitely different from the one at NYCC. The parts are completely different. Those who were at NYCC said the Prime on display looked small for a leader, so maybe this newly revealed toy IS the actual leader class toy while the one at NYCC was actually the voyager.

    You know what? Now we've had a better look at this, I get more of a feeling that this could be one of those Power Attackers we've seen before. Just the way it looks like there are lots of things that flip out and the lack of clear windows etc. Plus on the sheets for the three figures we saw they all had notes describing metallic paint. I just can't see this being anywhere near a 'premium' figure.

    It's such a shame that ROTF Leader Prime still reigns supreme as the definitive movie prime toy.

    These new ones look like such cheap junk in comparison.

    IIRC, the ROTF Optimus was designed by verteran designers where as TF4 is largely designed by relatively new guys on Hasbro's TF design team, who I think started on Prime RiD/Beast Hunters. If this is the case, the experience definitely shows.

    Still not my thing (though I would like to see it posed a bit), but it is looking a little better. Still won't buy it, but I am not going to rage about it. I like how the first thing they went to when looking around their house for something to do comparison shots with was a pack of smokes.

    Oh. well if that's the case, lol they got a long way to go (possibly another 3-4 lines of toys) before they get that good.

    Hopefully by Bay's 8th TF movie well have amazingly engineered TF movie Toys again.

    Looks really cheap and nasty. Terrible interpretation of the movie design. Way too many corners cut. Just an ugly toy.

    Premium my ass. I know the toy designs are simpler for a very good reason, but man that looks like shit.

    It would be nice if the toy division and the movie design folks were on the same page. But that's not how things work.

    Ass = Pass

    Hasbro officially doesn't care anymore about the movie toys, it was a running thought for DOTM, now this just proves it.

    These are good for kids to shred to pieces, but not for this adult collector, nope.

    Fugly ass POS.
