Anyone seen this yet? It's an addon to the FP set, but with new head, forearms and feet. Also what appears to be a new waist piece.

No, Wings of Uranos is an upgrade for TFC's Uranos, produced by TFC themselves. FansProject produced the Aerial Team Appendage upgrade kit for Hasbro's Superion, and this add-on is meant to upgrade FansProject's upgrade.

This would be ridiculous even if it didn't cost $44...

I would love to see how much extra height this adds. He is way to small compared to all the 3rd party combiners.

I'm going to be watching this. I've been pouring over the pictures on Facebook. It looks like it's adding entirely new forearms and shoulder extensions. It seems to add "lifts" to his feet and possibly (not sure) some kind of thigh extension along with a crotch plate and a more G1 head. There may even be a "neck" piece.

I'd actually consider buying in at this price, but I'm really happy with the arm configuration I have now and with the process filler, I don't see the need for a crotch plate. Still, I am tempted.

Wonder how this would look with the Energon bots?

 

May be fun to get just to have. I just put this version of Superion away since I upgraded to Uranos, but this set actually look worth having.

Too bad it's so late! I know the KOs are new, but this isn't timely at all.

 

That already happened with FP's City Commander... that thing got a ton of add-ons and upgrades.

 

Interesting. I wonder how much height this adds to him? That new waist piece look like it's going to hinder articulation though, and those shoulder connector still don't solve the biggest problem with the arms in that they can't move upwards. I'd be in for 20 quid, but not more than that.

With the KO being released and now this on the horizon, I am really wishing that some 3P would take my "collar" idea and run with it.









Gets him to nearly FP Brut's height, though with FP Menasor being taller than even Giant, FP Sup will still need some additional "boost" to keep pace. I like the idea of the "lifts being added to the bottom of the feet, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.



I'm not liking the new additions to the head at all, but I find the new arms very intriguing. I may end up buying this as I am very curious to see how my collar idea might help out the proportions a bit.

This morning I'm fairly certain it's more than lifts. Look at where Silverbolt's kneecaps ended up in gestalt mode. This has a way to combine with fully extended legs on Silverbolt. With the lifts and that, he will stand nearly as tall as Colossus.
