James I am absolutely loving where Icestorm is headed, the fades and colours you've used are perfect......honestly can't wait to see more, that goes for Dragstrip too but I'm team Icestorm!

Not loads left on Icestorm. Bring out some colour to blend on the chest, canopy to paint then slightly frost over, Decepticon symbols and gloss.
The only part I'm not totally sure about, is to paint the wing stripes red and white like normal, or the paint then red and white then paint over with a subtle broken, frosty feel.
The head and base/stand are now finished. The head has been painted blue, metallic blue, steel, chrome mixed with black metal. The eyes are a mix of chrome and red.

Right, an update -

Dragstrip is finished -





MP11 Skywarp is coming along nicely. Wing stripes to do, missiles to paint, then he's done -





Primus has been painted all in metallics. Hard work done. Mixture of colours to add now, and detail hand painting -





MP Tigertrack I like. But, I have no real association with the character, so made a few minor changes to make him look Sunstreaker in alt mode. It's only for my shelf, and for the time being I'm quite pleased with him -





Lastly, my favourite. I think some people might like this, and others not like it at all. I've gone for a splattered ice/snow effect. Taken many hours work. All that's left is the head, null rays and base.
Numerous metallics blended, and it looks miles better in hand than the photos.

Oh now that's cool...no pun intended. I love the frost effects. looks like ice over the figure's scheme, giving him a semi-transparent look and feel to him. That is aces!

The figure was almost finished, 4 hours work or so left. After falling in love with the film 'Frozen' today, I had to get straight home and finish him  

 

Oh man, that snow effect on Icestorm reminds me when I lived in upstate NY, when everything would get lightly dusted with snow. Spot on! Plus you still get to see the metallic shine through. Amazing job!

 

That seeker is gorgeous. I could see you calling him Frostbite as well.

 

These all look incredible but I'm drooling over that Tyrrell/Dragstrip. It looks perfect and a group shot would be amazing. Have you any thoughts on doing a motor master too?
