I believe there is strength in numbers, and only if we all complain and start hurting Mobage's wallet will we ever get a better product.

 

I'm still kind of new to this game so please forgive my ignorance. Just wondering if someone can explain to me how I'm being beat by people with a deck power of 14389 while my deck power is well over 17,000.

 

Watch the battles, do not skip them.

You usually lose for a few reason:

1. Number of critical hits

2. Health and defense of your deck - as this is not accounted for with deck power. You may have a very strong deck but they may all be going down with 1 hit.

3. Which player goes first

 

Are they using the same artwork from the first event for Mirage and Hound as they are for this event? I swear it's the same pictures...

No, we cannot... its 50-50 when you are faced with a similar 9x Mirage, depending on who attacks first   Usually ends by streak 22/23

 

Yup, I preferred the lvl 1-3 early fights to build up some momentum.

Now it just lots of Mirage.

 

Yeah, now it's broken in the opposite extreme. The regular algorithm for picking opponents just doesn't work because there are already too many decks stacked with Mirage and Top Spin. You just can't put the genie back in the bottle. Looks like I'm sitting out the majority of yet another event.

 

Yeah I'm not getting Galvatron now. If you weren't in top 250 before the broke the matchmaking in the opposite way, you're not gonna get it. smh.

 

At least you get 50/50. We get 0/100.

The thing about trying to rank by repeating 15-streaks: It's just not going to happen. Firstly, for someone to keep doing 15-streaks for the next 4 days, they'll run out of energon. And if you were going to buy energon, you'd be better off buying more BC instead, anyway. Then there's the fact that to reach the 15th match, you are making about 3,500 points TOTAL. Matches 1-15 combined. That is less than half the points a high tier player makes in ONE match past 50. Over and over and over. There's just no way someone can keep up doing their little 3,500 points every 5 minutes, or however long it takes them to get to 15 (assuming they have the energon to keep scanning after they keep dropping out of pvp at 15), compared to what someone with a stronger deck (or unlimited money for BC) is making every few seconds.

And even if you only make it to match 23, that is already kind of substantial when multiplied over 4 days. You're probably making as many points in matches 16-23 as we make in 1-15. Plus you're farming more BC, at least 20 more rubies (40 more, if you can make it to a 24-streak), plus the extra chorogon or however the hell you spell it.

Anyhow, I've tried it just to make sure. I've repeated four 15-streaks one after the other, and I haven't moved up in rank a single spot. The opposite, in fact.

To be fair, I'm not losing rank as quickly as I thought I would, either. Except it's still very early in the event, and no one is pushing hard yet.

 

So slow farming in PvP..

 

So I guess my 5 R5-Card deck can't beat a deck with 1 R5 in it lol...This is stupid.

What are hounds MTM stats please? Thanks. I won't be able to get the other 1000 Chronogon I need to get a 3rd mirage.

 

The one thing that should be standard from now on is the alt mode, robot mode and weapon separation. It makes putting time and money into the game far more rewarding.

 

So I woke up today and tried to play a bit with my last-minute-snatch Mirage, 2x Skylynx, Elita One and I still get beaten by half evolved Perceptor and Elita One and crits. Or face decks full of T5's. I can not even get to streak 9 to farm chronothing unless I burn two cubes from the start which I is a very bad and costly idea.

Well, what's up for the next week? Because for me this event is already over. I'll play with free recharge cubes and hope to encounter some hilarious anomaly like last time (got hit by 10 crits in a single battle, yaaay).

 

Same here...not only am I done with this event. But pretty much burnt-the-fukk-out of this game......

 

I find it extremely "convenient" that I seem to get wrecked by critical hits unless I 2 cube whenever I'm going for my 14th win for the 18 chrono's rewards. Up to 13 it's smooth sailing then all of a sudden, I get killed by a lower level deck. For a complete Mirage with weapon, I calculated it's about 61 loops of 14 streaks. Can't get up to the 19 streaks without burning a lot more cubes yet.

 

If I knew Mobage would have fixed the match up issue, i'd have grinded harder in that first day. Still, I went on some great streaks (best was 238 wins and the battlefield time ran out) and got 3 Mirages. Now I am lucky to get a streak in the teens, so I guess i'll just check in a few times a day and gain a few cubes.

I wonder how rankings will move in the next few days. I've been in the mid 400's since I noticed the fix yesterday. Moved about 16 spots overnight. Doesn't matter too much though because Galvatron is the only reward that would make my deck, but I'm still interested to see how many people give up on the event now that it's pretty hard to get a streak going and many people took full advantage of the cakewalk matches and got some nice rewards already.

 

ya had I pulled an overnighter on day 1. I Could have had a full deck of R5 Mirages. I wonder if that, what kind of streak you can accomplished.
