I lent this game to my boyfriend and he said that when he tried to put on 2 of the older adventure packs, the game recognized them, but they didn't show up in the level select. anyone else have that problem?

 

Its not a problem. They're just Magic Items now. They don't unlock levels in Swap-Force.

I finally got Skylanders Swap Force so here's my collection so far:



As for the game itself, I am enjoying it a lot more then I expected, it's a lot of fun.

I do have the Ninja Stealth Elf that came with the starter, but I'm leaving that out because I plan to sell it or trade it.

Speaking of which, It's for sale/trade if anyone is interested in.

 

Skylanders confirmed for 2014.

We're gonna be so freaking broke. Though I am interested in what the gimmick is gonna be.
I mean first it was the basic Skylander gimmick, then it was the giants, then the swap force.
I'm hoping for something with the sidekicks, like a sort of Targetmasters sort of thing, or maybe swappable weapons.

 

I can't even imagine what concept they will have for the new game. I just got the Jolly Bumble Blast and he looks great in the game..especially when you get his wow pow bee hive....it looks like santa's bag on his back haha.

I love Swap much more than Giants, but I will keep buying and playing the games as long as older characters can stick around. I probably bought 7 figures total for Swap vs the roughly 20 I got for Giants.

 

I have a General question, which element do you have more of in your collection?

My guess is Swappable Weapons.

 

My guess is not a concept, just a fact. There will be even more figures to buy.

I'm sure I saw a number of over 90 figures to collect for Swap Force. I'm sure the next game will break the 100 mark.

 

I've got more Earth and Air Skylanders, Undead comes a close third. Not a big fan of Fire and Life

Picked up Magna Charge a while back, he's awesome as hell

 

well it doesn't really matter to me I guess, swapforce is our last skylanders game. it's gotten waay to expensive to keep up with. still it'll be interesting to see what they come up with

Okay... So I got my capture card working with my Wii U and PS4.. And I'm thinking of doing a small.. Not quiet a "Let's play" but kinda of "What is Skylanders" video. Anyone want to see anything in it?

 

who all is in the third wave? most of our local stores are stocking first wave and barely any second wave

 

We just picked up Dune Bug, Spy Rise & Rubble Rouser. RR is mine...I'm not impressed so far. But my daughter likes hers and we all agreed that Spy Rise is pretty damn cool
