The thing that annoys me about all of this is that the 'fix' for this seems to be to have removed the chance of getting better pulls from lower tiered bridges. This means that, for those of us who can't manage 8k+ rubies in an event, our slim chance of miraculously pulling half an R5 is gone, or at least, much lower (if you can pull them from medals, I've been playing for a long time now and I have never pulled an R5 yet from medals).

So anyway, seems like we all get punished as a result of the minority breaking the rules. Hopefully Mobage might implement a proper fix for basically lazy coding/architecture in future so we can go back to what we had previously.

And I know what you mean about how it was before. Even if you use a cube, if someone was even a fraction of a second faster, it would just hang for a second. Then kick you back to the defeated screen.

Now, however, it is actually using a cube and even going into the battle screen. I rarely watch a full battle but got some reason I always watch the bonus animations before I hit skip. So I know I battled this guy.

1700ish. Only started playing this event this evening. Not got much interest in this one past farming EC since the only things I'm interested in are Overlord who's out of my reach, and Misfire who gets given away in point rewards anyway.

 

Cool, added you mate (Screw-Attack). Dunno what I'm in this one for, probably just keep going hard and see how I do. Wouldn't mind the Jetfire. Sat at 626 so good so far, but we'll see how it holds up over the next five days. A second Cyclonus would probably sort me out for the rest of the event; hitting for 70million right now.

 

Yeah, it makes sense for Overlord to be the hardest card to get, but it sucks when it is the only card I have any interest in at all, and it is completely out of any possible reach for me. That just makes me feel like skipping the whole event.

And I'm still bothered by the whole "fan favorite" thing, too. Anybody who went to the effort to visit the fan favorite poll and then voted Wheeljack, Rumble or Jetfire anyway, please punch yourself in the throat as hard as possible. I mean, honestly.

 

Anyone else had this problem?

I tagged a sunstreaker and only took a small proportion of it's HP away. I can easily 1-cube up to level 5 rumble and couldn't believe how little damage I did to a level 6 sunstreaker - I might have to email this to mobage

 

First thing I notice is how "last attack" is the same amount of damage as what is left on the bot. Is it safe to assume this is you hitting someone else's help request? If so, you are not alone. Read 2-3 pages back. Someone else hit it at the same time. You both fought it but the other guy gets the credit.

 

Did you get the rewards/points? A lot of us are losing BC and not even getting the rewards/points...
Email them...demand 10mil BC

In my case, sorta. Since I was The original scanner, I got the points, first atk and MVP awards. But, not the finisher award.

 

I got the points, just annoyed I didn't get the finisher award too. Let's see what mobage says about this.

 

When it happened to me I'm pretty sure it took a BC and I got nothing at all for it.

 

Managed to MTM my Cyclonus, and I think that's me done for the event. I'm not gonna rank high enough to get Overlord, and the stats on Jetfire are pretty weak so I don't see the need to make a massive push to get him if he'll be out of my deck in two/three episodes time.

 

Just had it happen again. I hit a jetfire for his last 17 million HP and it says "Defeated", Time Left: Escaped. No rewards.

I screenshotted it but I'm not in a position to upload it atm.
