I recently bought a pre-owend 20th Optimus Prime, he's in great condition except the fact he came with no instructions. so I just need toknow, where do I put the batteries in?

 

try the official transformers website. they have instructions for it up on there

 

didnt the Hasbro version come with batteries like MP Convoy did? (or are the ones inside just dead?)

anyway, there should be a screw on the black box somewhere, unscrew it and open the lid to put in batteries

 

I have the Hasbro one and it came with batteries. I think they are the watch sized batteries, but I could be mistaken.

 

the box the matrix is in pops out. use a screwdriver to open it, and put batteries in.
he did come with batteries originally, but a small tab had to be removed first so the light would function.

 

Mine worked right out of the box. Batteries already in him, and no tab to pull. I got him MISB, so I know it was made that way.

 

maybe it didnt have a tab then. my memory is fuzzy on that.

 

Definitely no tab that I recall.

 

I am a time traveller,and a new optimus mold will be realesed in 2012,very nice too so don't worry too much about it
