No new TFs in Exton, but the Exton TRU did get the new wave 2 Pacific Rim stuff in - Striker, Leatherback, and damaged Gypsy - which, if you were on the fence, isn't all that "damaged". Paint apps make it look banged up, but it's not like "in pieces" or anything - if you missed the first Gypsy Danger, this one will do you fine.

 

I think the main selling point are the swords it comes with.

 

I got mine from BBTS. its great minus the poesaibility.

 

Cranberry TRU has a tag up for them but it's empty. I assume I missed them this weekend.

Anyway, they don't have any Battle Shell Turtles, or anything neat in the Transformers.

They do have the LEGO Robin-cycle and Iron Man polybags though.

I'm hoping to find something good to use my two 20% off receipts on this week :/

I'm sad to report that I did not see Metroplex in the leaked Black Friday ad for Wal-Mart.

 

Yep just posted that on my facebook page.   That sucks. Might want to keep an eye on the website.

 

page 22 of the ad makes a reference to "Manager's Specials throughout the store"

I've already got the SDCC and regular Metroplex, but for $60 i wouldn't mind picking up another 1 or 2 myself

 

Decided to check the Homestead Costco for Metroplex again (by phone) - the item number 994294 doesn't seem to come up or isn't in stock, and none of the other area stores have it. Man, that's a real disappointment.

 

It just today came to my attention that the Walmart-exclusive LEGO Marvel Super Heroes video games come packaged with an exclusive Iron Patriot minifigure polybag, so of course I bought a copy. Plus LEGO video games are fun.

I over paid for the Deluxe FE's a long time ago so just their re-release hurt me...Acid Storm...the Generations....Voyagers...Cyberverse....

I put things in a cart which were in stock and i had already purchased, then added them up on a list i have of my purchases.... before tax it is almost $200 in savings, damn, think of all the other toys that could have been... hah water under the bridge i guess

 

Word in the reviews for the FE Cliffjumper is that it is the Terrorcon version, not the real one.

 

thats what happened to me, i ordered it from there and they sent me the terrorcon, then i called customer support and complained and they sent me an RTS thundercracker as the replacement....

This is while they had multiple listings for all versions of the FE CJ mold on their site

 

Not true I picked up one last week and it was the original

 

You picked it up from the website, or an actual store? He's saying that people are reporting that the ones ordered online are Terrorcons when a regular version is pictured, which is exactly what happened to me when FE Cliffjumper first went up on TRU.com.
