I may have to sell my entire animated collection soon but I am trying very hard to hang onto it until I get more news on this project. I can't even imagine how amazing MI animated figures could be.

Sorry, no news to report. Just wondering if there's been any progress on this in the past two months.

If we wait long enough maybe it will go away again. (ducks)

 

Nothing yet. I'm sure they're taking their time to make sure it's done right. My love for Animated isn't going away so I'm willing to wait if it means more excellent toys.

 

Hope so---^ Greatly enjoy the idea of Animated faithful designs extending that line, but wasn't blown away by the initial CGI renders from Mech Ideas. Hopefully they are just taking their time to get things right.

I hope that mech ideas does some more figures like apex and geminus after these. Animated never did it for me. Weird looking bots n altmodes never got me excited.

 

I hope these are still in progress. MechIdeas demolition crew were great as was their shockblast conversion kit. They do great work and it's priced right.

I hope this means they are going to be AWESOME....it feels like we've been waiting FOREVER!  

 

Yes it does, but it seemed to me based on their early 3D models that they still had much work to do on the inaugural offering. It's not necessarily crucial they they knock it out of the park with their first Animated style figures- we want to see improvement of course, but don't expect instant perfection- but Mech Ideas seem like a company that likes to get it right the first time. Kudos guys, but please don't keep us waiting forever.

 

No interest here but I wish them luck on this project. I still would love to get the Demolition Crue sometime, thise did look really fun. I just hope for their sake there is enough of an Animated fanbase willing to buy 3rd party figures to make some profit.

I'd like to see ANY Mech Ideas updates... I want to make sure they're still alive and kicking. I have zero interest in Animated at this stage (I've moved on), but I'd love to see more wreckers!

 

How about replacement chrome accessories for Apex and Geminus, like were seen on the TFcon exclusives?
