1200 will do for me. You dont need th 10x raider to get there. Just a ton of BC and EC. Trust me this works.

You can check my projections for the next raid.. get to where the projection is, then wait to see if the projection is likely to be passed (you'll know at the 24 hr mark), then pad your score if yes. You can add 3 million to the projection to be safe, also. Last event, prediction was 40m like 4 days out, 42m on the last day. It ended at 42.9m, I believe. (or was it 41.9m?) Either way, the point is you can get very close to what it will actually be and just add a bit to make sure you get it without overspending. Player's actions are extremely predictable in terms of points accumulated.[/QUOTE]

I used to project final points. Like you was really close, so i am familiar. I have only seen a couple events go over 45 million points so far. As Boss creep increases and the more people that get the top raiders, this will increase as well.

Keep in mind the value of each cube you use. For instance, on day 2 each cube you have could be worth only 7000ish points because you need to 2 cube the 3rd boss.. that means you lose 1 cube = the value of the boss ~7000 points for 3rd boss. You probably want to take it easy after you can't 1 cube bosses, but make sure you don't stop pulling bosses till you are consistently getting lvl 5, 6 and 7 of the highest boss, obviously. On the last day your cubes will be worth vastly more than 7000 points each.. so getting to the mark early is actually a big waste of cubes, but a big anxiety reducer. I think the best strategy might be to get to the last day short of the goal by ~8-10 million. Then just 1 cube level 8 bosses and send them. Some tryhard is sure to try to steal your MVP- they spend 3-6 cubes for 75000 points, you spend 1 cube for 50000 points. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Of course, prepare to finish your bosses when no one takes it :)

You probably know all this already, not trying to preach to the choir or anything, just be careful about blowing resources on low level bosses early :)

Actually if you cna get a huge lead early that is really benificial to you. Dont discount the low level bosses early. Score high early and the rest is cake walk.

Yeah it all depends on the top prize if he's a well liked character then it'll get up there. So far it been 3 events that go above 45 Million.

Yes, later bosses are worth more points, but often times you need to multi cube them to make sure they go down. It would be nice to assume that you can average 50,000 points per cube, but in reality, you might only average 25,000 or less on those level 8's if you have to hit them with 3+ cubes. At that point, Butch is right, might as well get the 15-25,000 point bosses early for one cube and then you dont have to rely on some level 8 1.17B hp boss going down to get your points.

Well it's certainly beneficial to your mental health, but I don't know about to your T1 finish. In the end, the only thing that matters is whether your points are above the cutoff. We know what the cutoff is going to be, approximately, at 57 hours to go. We also know that the pace starts to move at ~1-1.5m per hour in the last 6 or so hours of the event. What's stopping you from moving 1m per hour for the entire last 24 hours? Other than sleep and work obligations, etc, nothing. Spend an extra 2-3 hours at that pace on the last day and you've saved 20 hours total of playtime from days 2 to 3. Anyways, that's my opinion. I'm sure you can handle getting T1 with 1200 BC however you like

The 15-25,000 point bosses are day 4. Yeah, I'm not advising slacking on day 4.. You also aren't going to be able to 1 cube the 4th boss.. so you aren't getting 25,000 per cube. The level 8s are wildly attractive to other players- they want to help you badly to get in on those points. If anyone in the top 100 or shooting for the top 100 gets the help request you can bet there's a good chance they'll try to MVP it if you only sink a single cube into it. That's a lot of points. If you get unlucky and no one wants to take it down, fair enough, use 5 cubes, or whatever it takes.

Lets look at it like this. (OVER SIMPLIFIED).

You play just enough to start to get your inifplay going. Then you play not quite so hard and hover between 90 - 120 most of the time. The last day you have to play much much harder and hit those high point bosses to get under and ensure you stay at 100 or better.

If you play your ass off the first few days and get as high as you can, get to rank 20 or better and play enough to keep up with the point creep then the last 24 hours your playing to just maintain your position which is MUCH MUCH easier than palying your ass of the last 24 hours ot make top 100. Those early points and position really do account for quite a lot when the last 24 hours hit. having 35+ million the last 24 hours as apposed to 15 million and playing hard to break top 100, makes the game a lot less stressful.

Its really simple. Its MUCH harder to pull yourself out of a hole, even with 50000 Point bosses than it is maintaining a top 50 position because you pulled a ton of points the first few days. I have played both ways and prefer to build my lead first now.

Well I pretty much agree with what you said. I think you should play a lot days 1, 4, 5 and 6. Your strategy is perfectly reasonable, too. It depends on what you value more- your stress level, or your amount of time not playing.

Personally the stress of the last day for me is tuff. Monday and Tuesdays are always my busiest days at work. So I would prefer to not have to worry about my rank those days.

    Thanks mate
he doesn't make my main account deck of course, but he is a good addition to my alt account (getting stronger so fast comparing to how long it took my main account)
