Is there an IDW design that you'd most like to see in toy form? I don't really mean which character you'd like to see, I tried to pick designs that I think are particularly cool or unique on their own. I also tried to rule out designs that are fairly close to existing toys or that aren't too different from the character's original design (i.e. Optimus, F-22 Seekers, etc.) Plus, most of these are from the current comics because I thought they'd be most likely to get a toy in Generations right now.

 

I want a 3rd party level of quality Rodimus. My life is incomplete without it.

 

My choice is actually two choices in a tie.

1. Thunderwing - two feet tall so he and plex can fight.

2. Mp tww optimus prime.

When u say idw design u might as well say don figueroa design. I wish hasbro or takara would hire him to just design toys. The guy is a fu@king beast

 

I voted for Tarn, but I want to see IDW Galvatron equally as much (who is lacking on this list...) Galvatron needs a new mold, the Universe one does not do him justice at all.

The reason I selected Tarn in the vote though, is because he is a completely original character, and I feel it would be cool to see him represented in toy form.

 

I picked Rodimus, since he's the leader of the merry band of misfits in MTMTE and is in dire need of a replacement for the dated Classics mold--and looks so damn good in bot & alt modes in the comic! If we were allowed to pick more than 1, Tarn would be my 2nd choice...Voyager-size, pleae... but really, I want all the ones listed. I'll "settle" for FP's Code from Chromedome & the upcoming Smart Robin for Brainy (hope he's got that faceplate that keeps getting mentioned), and the 3P Ironhide & Magnus look great and will do in a pinch (if I ever get 'em), but they all need representation--and I'd love an official TT/Hasbro IDW Magnus, especially with a 3.75" Minimus action figure pack-in.

I'd love to see an IDW Cybertronian Ironhide. Metalhawk's design reminds me of IDW Megatron's bot mode so I can see it used as another repaint besides Dreadwing.

I want Impactor! A GOOD Impactor... Not that Generations FOC stuff.
But a Rodimus is also totally acceptable.

 

Rodimus without question since he needs an update toy in a bad way. I'd also like to see a MTMTE styled Ratchet and RID Ironhide but with Earth alt modes along with Tarn,Thunderclash,Arcee,Jehaxius,and Pharma.

I think Rodimus could be retooled as Getaway too, considering they have the same alt mode.

 

We need a new Ironhide badly, but his IDW design is pretty much just his WFC design. I'm not knocking it, I'm just saying it should come out in the video game line.

Need a new Galvatron, yes. I wouldn't mind the MTMTE Rodimus but I don't understand why people are down on the classics mold. It was so nice I bought it twice! (2006 classics, who is now permanently paired with the protector armor to be Rodimus prime, and the RTS version that was two packed with Cyclonus.) Chromedome looks like he'd make for a fun deluxe.

I personally want tyrest.

 

Anyone who already has a decent, more traditional-looking representation in the Classics\Generations line. I felt kind of cheated that when we finally got a Springer, it was the IDW version and not a more traditional robo-jock looking one.

Impactor and Overlord. At least MMC will be giving us Overlord aka Carnifex but iGear is too slow in giving us Presser. Ironfist too; a shame Mach 5 seems to be having trouble releasing Gauntlet though. The TFCC version of ol' Fisitron looks like doo-doo to me.
