So I've been waiting on a package from Hong Kong. It contains MP-10B, MP-12T, and Hasbro MP-01 Acid Storm.
I purchased the set off eBay for $250 plus $45 expedited international shipping on August 9th. Payment was completed on August 10th. I got shipping notification from the seller on the same day along with tracking details.

The problem is that the tracking page shows that the item was in fact received at the Hong Kong post office on August 16th and subsequently left the country for India on the 17th. Since then there has been no update on the tracking.

It is September 4th now and I still haven't received my box of goodies. I know customs delays can happen, but it has never been this bad for me. The longest time that customs have held my shipments have been a maximum of 5 days.

I contacted the seller about this and told him that customs delays aside, he should have posted the items within a couple of days considering I paid a hefty sum for expedited international shipping. The seller responded by saying that I should receive my shipment within 7 days. This was exactly one week from today.

What should I do now? Should I initiate a case with eBay and PayPal? Should I contact the seller again?

 

Two more days.

Although my tracking has not updated since Saturday.

 

I ordered the TPBs for MTMTE from Amazon last week. They said i would get it this wednesday (read: tomorrow)... than I check the tracking some hours ago, and it says the courier came with my package when I was not at home. I go at home, call the courier service... and they said the next delivery will be tomorrow. Damn.

 

I'm currently waiting on several packages.

One from HLJ has been tossed around a bit by FedEx, it's supposed to be here today, maybe. I was originally supposed to get it Friday, so who knows.

I bought a Bruticus Kreon set from ToyArena's eBay account that I was given a tracking number to on the 28th, that still has yet to enter the physical mail.

I also bought the first few volumes of the Pokemon Adventures manga from a seller in Singapore. I was given a tracking number on the 23rd that has yet to update to anything other than "Origin post is preparing shipment."

 

My order has been pushed back.

Instead of Thursday it has a estimated delivery of Saturday.

In short FedEx SmartPost sucks.

 

Contact him first, and give him a chance to resolve it. If he doesn't, than open a case. Keep your eye on the 30/45 day timeframe to open a case.

It is out for delivery today.

I haven't the foggiest as to what is going on.

 

got the shipping Notice for my fort max. I am going to be going stir crazy until it arrives.

 

scheduled delivery day is today, my package is 'out for delivery'... the mail came 3 hours ago, where the hell are my toys?

edit: oh, nice, ten minutes after going out for delivery it was marked as 'undeliverable as addressed'. couldn't have updated that at 9:10, huh?

I'm going to whine for a moment.

I never choose the fast shipping from overseas (hlj, AE, AmiAmi), I'm not really concerned about getting things right away. But for MP Prowl, I wanted to get this one before all the photos and reviews got out. So, I sprung for the "expensive" fedex shipping from HLJ. I was one of the first to preorder, and see it come in to stock and post about it. I paid everything right away and it was "shipped" right away. I thought "great! it may even get here by Monday or at least tuesday", but then it showed "scheduled for wednesday". I see everyone else getting theirs Monday, tuesday and today. Well, here it is, Wednesday, and here it's gone. Now it looks like I'll be lucky if it gets here by friday.

Why did I spend double on shipping?

This is BS.

Good reason to cry, I am glad, mine will be here tomorrow, I am crying I ordered mw03c hench, comic gears from Igear and did it for the free shipping, but it looks stuck in hong Kong, was shipped over a week ago, really sucks, never do that again

 

seriously, what the hell? keep in mind that the last two updates, despite being 14 minutes apart, actually went up 7-8 hours apart.

Usps.com acting funny for anyone else? Boxoh shows my package is out for delivery, but usps has been acting odd all weekend and continues today...

 

Having Amazon Prime with the free two day shipping helps out with the wait a lot.

 

Also doing a myups account makes it so you dont have to sign and they leave the package. Granted you feel secure in your neighborhood.
