this is a good example of what I'm talking about. those don't look like feet at all, more like the back of a car that hasn't been fully transformed into feet yet

They may be big ass ugly feet, but they are G1 accurate in toy and toon. Masterpiece HAS to follow suit.

You know what's way worse is his chest. It just looks like the front of a car that hasn't finished transforming yet. I mean, robots who look like they're made out of cars? Who ever thought THAT would catch on?

The original box-art has much more "foot-like" feet (and legs) than the MP figure does. IMHO.

Feet and proportions aren't nearly as bad once you have him in hand. This figure is a thing of beauty IMO. Surprising height too from a little car.

Last I checked amazon co jp sold out day after release. So the price from amazon marketplace is higher and no launcher.

Will keep dv8 in mind next time!

i already stated that i understood it's toon-accurate, but what i'm saying is that i wish they took the liberty like they did for mp-10 - and i highly doubt you'd argue that mp-10's feet are toon-accurate - to create feet that were more distinct and functional. and sometimes, IMO, slight modern updates to the G1 look are more than welcomed: same alt and bot modes that don't deviate from the silhouette, but with updated proportions that weren't necessarily possible or visualizable in the 1980s. if this toy was EXACTLY like the G1 sketch above, i'd LOL and pass on the figure.

anyways, this is just my opinion. some of you may agree, while those that are die-hard G1 will disagree with sarcasm, which is fine by me.

I really love the fact that his feet are the full back end of the car, that's how I've always remembered Prowl and the other Datsun brothers.

Unfortunately, we got hit by the holidays in China making things suuuuper slow with UPS. Bovis finally has a delivery date, and will be shipping next week! :)

Meanwhile, all the fully in-stock orders for Prowl will be in the hands of the post office or FedEx come morning. :D

Prowl exceeded my expectations for sure. So glad that I got it from HLJ for the price that some of paid. Now I hope that HLJ opens up more orders of Smokescreen seeing as I have Bluestreak on order with them as well.

I just received my Prowl from HLJ, shipped EMS. The shipping times for the money are amazing!
