    uh, based on what i heard, it is fan made video made by some guy in china & it was meant to be a parody of the anime series Saint Seiya's (also known by some as "Zodiac Knights" in some countries) iconic opening intro (the song is called pegasus fantasy originally done by the japanese rockband MAKE-UP) hence why its titled "Saint Transformers" along with the characters transformation sequence

    I have this video backed up on a cd somewhere. It's pretty old but I always enjoyed watching this fanmade video.
