I haven't come across one yet and would like to. Haven't had much of a chance to hit the stores in the area, but calling has come up with squat. South Central PA seems to be a lousy area for finding anything though.

 

Ok so I went around altoona again. Nothig new but I did finally pick up rid ultra Magnus at TRU using the 20% off. It was tht or acid storm and I really did not want him. I don't know why but I'm just not a fan of it for some reason.

Walmart 5th Street highway Temple , Has a fresh case of IDW hoist and crackers.

 

Butler Walmart has IDW Hoist, TC, Trailcutter, Bumblebee, and Generations Soundwave, Blaster, Soundblaster, Sandstorm, and Springer. Not a bad selection. I finally found IDW Megatron! (It was the last one though).

Be warned, this place is INSANE right now. They moved the aisles around (the AISLES, not the stuff in them) to make room to re-do the floor I guess.

The result is a very confusing and maze-like store, with a huge spread-out toy section.

walmart in willow grove is just horrible.

overflowing with the beasthunters smokescreen wave.. and overflowing with generations prime, shockwave, jazz, and bruticus.

 

Nothing new anywhere in Waynesboro or Hagerstown MD. Both Wal-Marts have plenty of idw deluxes. Waynesboro has 1 each Springer and Blitzwing and 2 Sandstorms. Only thing new about is it's the first time they've been at that store... Sad, I know. Waynesboro K-Mart only has Constructibots and BH Ultimate Optimus, and absolutely no space on the shelves for anything else. They do have a few PRiD and BH deluxe in clearance, as well as some scouts and legends. Hagerstown Target has a fair amount of BH: PR stuff, but all wave 1.

When are we going to see BHw4 around here??

 

picked up medicom's mafex batman today at brave new worlds in willow grove. he's pretty awesome 10x better than the movie masters.. i'd like an entire lineup of these figures instead. the joints are a little loose, but he holds poses pretty well. i love the clear display stand. his accessories are cool (something you rarely see with the movie masters) and he looks fantastic with the movie masters batpod. and he's got a nice cloth cape.. i might replace it with one that i'd make myself, but it'll be far easier replacing this cape than it was replacing that horrible plastic one that the movie masters came with. i hope they release a bane and joker.

i'm more interested in wave 5 with prowl.

this sucks.. i can't think of anything exciting that'll be hitting retail until january/february. .. why does the christmas season always suck (except last year if you were lucky enough to find the deluxe first editions) . i wish they'd put out new stuff before christmas.. but i guess stores want to get rid of all the old crap.

i really can't wait for rhinox, waspinator, skids.. etc. oh well. i guess we'll have to wait.

also.. i was getting extremely frustrated trying to find photos of the sdcc displays that have those cards that they put in front of the figures with the availability date and price.. you'd think people would actually try to get photos of those things so we'd know when to expect to see certain toys. most of the time the cards are there by accident.

 

I'm kind of glad there's going to be a lull in desirable figures... because in a few weeks I will be beginning my Pokemon hermitage/isolation/job loss.

 

With the way distribution works, it will end up being Christmas by the time I find Hoist, a cheap Metroplex, and whatever other stuff I might decide to buy.

Not sure if you found them, but there are the ones for generations, complete with info cards. Looks like Cosmos & Swerve are "Oct '13" and the rest are "Jan '14"

i really wish these were coming out sooner.

is anyone else excited for predator series 10? nightstorm predator looks awesome, same with the lava planet predator.
