When I was in TRU Belfast/Newtownabbey last Sunday they only had 1 MP Acid Storm and no MP Soundwave. None of the new Generations either. As of leaving the place they still had 1 MP Acid Storm.

I had been in the store the morning they got the MP's in, however that was simply to swap mine from TRU online that had gotten a minor case of squashed corner from their crappy postage with one that was in a perfect condition box. At the price of this item, they should package it more securely. That's twice now I've had poor postage from their online department, and a few emails later, I was told they would pass on my complaints. Seeing as others have done it for years, I don't see much success.

 

Popped into Derby TRU and they had a good selection of everything, including soundwave and acid storm shelf warming nicely, about 5 of each

 

Leicester TRU has MP Soundwave and Acidstorm (2 of each) tons of FOC Grimlock and Soundwave. Beast Hunters Deluxe wave 3 Ratchet and Skystalker.

No Generations deluxe figures at all (really wanted Kickback!)

 

Liverpool Worlds Apart has a load of BH, including Shockwave (the commander version). Also had the deluxe Starscream.

St Johns Home Bargain is selling Optimus Maximus (?) for £19.99.

Not really, i didnt see anywhere in the above picture that says it speaks, so unless it says it talks and it doesnt then its not misleading at all

 

Apparently identical box (?) but altered toy. If you're not experienced enough to know what can happen to electronics in European releases, the potential for misunderstanding and some disappointment is there.

 

yea but if its electronic you would expect it to say on the box not just assume, thus its not misleading

personaly it doesnt bother me, if and when i get him he will have his stickers put on, transformered into all 3 modes once then put on a shelf in robot mode, dont think ive ever stood there pressing a button to hear voices or sound effects on a tf before

 

If the toy comes in a multilingual European box, you might expect the toy's sound chip to be altered for the European market based on past experience.

If the toy comes in an English-only Hasbro US box, you'd expect the toy to be identical to the US version.

Thus, misleading.
