I also have 3mtm sludge's and a spare grimm bot that I didn't upgrade...
used 5 halves of sludge and halve a slug to upgrade...
Thundercracker is one of my best cards so far... so I kept them...

 

It's all about farming for me. I build up as many resources as possible. In most events I always have a surplus in EC's and BC's and still end up getting T3 rewards.

I nearly farmed up to a thousand BC's, but I started spending a lot in the last event just to get that Ironhide, but this event the amount of EC's I've spent is just too much. I'm down to 250 now and I've pulled that bridge like 6 times iirc. All that grinding has put me in rank 371. I find that crazy, I've never finished a episode that high.

Anyways I'm glad to see you've got your first MTM Grimlock. It is a good feeling just to have one.

I consider myself very lucky in this event. I've been lucky that I pulled a Grimlock Alt from the medals and then been very lucky in netting 7 TC's and not spending a dime on chains for them.

By the end of this event I got myself a MTM Grimlock and two MEM Thunders. That's a real boost for my deck. It just pains me that I couldn't pull another bot so I could have MTM another Grimlock.

I hope you can farm enough rubies for another Grimlock and I wish you luck on getting a alt. I'm at 100 rubies and I don't know if I can make it to 1.5k and I'm not even trying at this moment, just watching Youtube videos. I might end up getting a Slug.

 

I got two crackers since they gave us two weapons, it they like to use hotspots weapons at the moment and my slug likes Ironhides, but with 3 5x Mtm/mem I can 1 cube stage 5 cracker 30-50% of the time

 

If Evolve Soundwave still makes your deck, Thundercracker is worth it. I already chained four Stage 1s, and in the process of grinding points have caught two more...depending on what happens today I may end up chaining enough to complete a second one not just for PvP but future events.

 

Don't feel bad for me man, I feel bad for the guys who haven't gotten a single MTM Grimlock. At least I got one bot on my third pull. My pet peeve is that the Grimlock dinosaur loves me too much. That MTM card is to good of a card to not have.

If they were to implement trading I'd make sure you can't trade current episode cards with multipliers; only afterwards can you trade, and put on a trade limit per day. That for me would make sense. Either that or have a feature where you can trade a duplicate with Mobage to get the other mode and possibly limit its use and resitrict current episode cards.

 

I doubt Mobage would ever allow you to trade one half of a card for another. They'd likely only facilitate trading between users to ensure the number of R4/R5 cards in circulation remains the same.

Or more realistically, to make sure those cards become harder to find. Because if I'm trading for an R5 Grimlock...it's to get the second half for MTMing.

 

Seeing you guys having bad luck in getting MTM grimmy, makes my palm sweat. I am grinding for my one and only last shot on ALT Grim, god bless.

 

You got all those by one pull each time or altogether at once? I've tried one member suggestion to pull 2 at the same time for swoop and got 1 pair alt and bot. Should try this in next event reward if mobage would give us another T5 card. I'm also got 2 alt grimlocks from rubies

Sometimes I really feel these bridges are rigged...I mean I see the results some people have and it's like to the point where the bridges are defying the law of probability.

Yikes! Sorry about all the bad juju floating around here. The RNG gods were really gracious to me this go around - 3000 medals --> full Grimlock 3000 medals --> full Grimlock 800 medals --> full Slug.

3x pulls on the weapon bridge --> Slug weapon, Slug weapon, Grimlock weapon.

Honestly, had I not spent near $20 on the weapon, my total expenditure on this event would be ~$10, so not too bad.

Weird how so many people keep getting the same half but opposite. I pulled another bot mode an hour or two ago, so that makes 3 halves for me now. I doubt I'll have time to grind out another 1500... Like Mystael, at least I have one MTM. But here's hoping for trading at some point.

Did some grinding for a few days and pulled a robot Grimlock. Did 4 more days of grinding and just pulled another robot Grimlock. $#@$!@#

 

Same here except replace robot with alt.

 

I'll take one of those spare Grimlock alts if you guys don't want them

I've already got an MTM Slag, but I'm probably going to end up having to waste all the rubies I've been saving up on another since I won't make 1.5k. So I'll forevermore have half an R5 Grimlock. And two evo R5 Snarls/half a ful evo Snarl! Oh! If only I could have a Grimlock alt instead of those two, I'd consider this last week worthwhile.


At least Sludge and the 2 TCs are a nice addition.
