I present to you KFC Bad Cop (using Takara FE Vehicon as a base with wheel mace weapon from Robot Replicas Barricade; also silvered up his chest a little and added some red and blue stickers to his waist to simulate police lights a la his Aligned design).

I really love this guy and can't wait to get Beast Hunters Prowl to stand against him. :D

got my kit and sadly i am not really feeling it. the head is ok, which i can not even get on, but the stickers suck. once on good luck if you messed up as they will tear, and i dont like how the word POLICE is so close to almost going over the top of the door.

    oh well.

Agreed that the stickers take utmost care to apply; once on the plastic, it adheres very strongly. To get the head on, I had to stick the tip of a Phillips screwdriver into the socket and remove some of the excess plastic so it'd fit the neck ball joint.

That said, I do like the final result. It's amazing how different a stock figure can feel with a head swap and some stickers and new accessories. Bad Cop has a svelte and creepy Lockdown-ish vibe that I like that would best fit the stalker/interrogator role that a TFP Barricade could've fulfilled had he been in the show (I really wish that he was along with Prowl).

    More pics.

^ Neat. Did you have to cut any of the stickers to size? I have a 2nd Bad Cop kit coming my way and plan to apply it to a Hasbro version FE Vehicon (black color instead of dark navy blue) and keep purely in alt mode. I may get some Reprolabels Barricade sticker sets to mix it up.

Actually no I thought I would for the doors but they cover it perfectly. Now granted they are bigger but the doors for the figure actaully are the whole arm it just breaks up so I put the sticker on in car mode and then took and exact knife and followed the lines that seperate when transforming.

Also the 643 for the roof is a perfect fit and no need to cut as it doesn't run across the roof split. I then got the clear decals for the 911 emergency at the rear.

I got my kit sometime this week (hadn't collected the mail since Monday it seems). I'm still gonna go for the PRID mould conversion but it will probably be awhile as I've got a lot of household business to finish up before school starts (and then obviously school will be taking up my time).

Pics posted by everyone so far look great.

    Ditto.

I like the head, but this thing won't go on at all, and I don't have the tools to shave down pegs or whatever the hell is necessary to get it to fit.

How did you end up getting it on?

Is this kit meant for the Takara or Hasbro version of the FE Vehicon? There's a slight color difference between the two.

i took a small philips head screw driver as someone else mentioned and just kept grinding it on the inside until the head popped on.

doesnt matter, you can use either one.

The Takara version is actually a very dark navy blue bordering on glossy midnight purple (with hints of metallic flake), while the Hasbro is black. The stickers have backing that is black, and will probably blend better with the Hasbro FE figure in alt mode (which is why I have a 2nd Bad Cop kit to put on a Hasbro FE Vehicon to keep strictly in alt mode). That said, I think the Takara figure looks a lot better in bot mode since it has more purple mixed in to break up all the blue parts that the Hasbro version has, and is why I like the Takara FE Vehicon to be kept in bot mode.

The head was crazy tight to get on but it will go on. It's a little on the firm side but in no way loose. I should have done a small amount of shaving inside the socket first to make it easier to get on first heh.
