looks & seems like he's getting his traditional cycle this go around compared to the first film

 

Damn. I hate the first one, and I was really hoping the rights would just go back to Marvel where they belong.

 

Was hoping for a re cast. I like cage but hes too old.

 

why does this movie exist? the first one was AWFUL

 

i think the only reason that one was pulled through because both cage and mendes was on board. but as awful as it was i still like cage making faces in front of the mirror, lol.

i like daniel ways approach to writing him in the comics; GR would make such a great TV series ala 80s hulk where he travels from town to town getting into trouble, the 1st 3 qtrs of the time you just see him get kicked around then you bust out the effects in the the last 10 minutes and penance stares some mufuggas. need somebody young and gullible, that lost look in their eyes to properly play johny.

I haven't seen Ghost Rider, but I can't say that i've ever seen Nicolas Cage pull more then one face in any of the other movies that he has been in.

Well, aside from Face/Off obviously.

 

I didn't know they were making another Ghost Rider movie. Unlike most people, I enjoyed the first one, so I'll probably see the new one. I know it's not the best movie, but it's entertaining and I don't have much of a connection to the character, so I don't really notice any changes they may make.

 

Meh, I liked the first one. Hope the toys are better this time around though.

It's been a while, but I didn't hate the Ghost Rider movie, sort of looking foward to this. if nothing else we can get some cool 3 3/4" Ghost Rider toys from Hasbro.

 

I loved the first movie and eagerly await the second. 

 

Yep, count me in the minority of ones who liked the first one. I will see this one.

 

Hopefully Sam Elliot comes back. He was the biggest badass in a film of badasses.

 

I'm in the "didn't hate the first one" camp. I'll keep watching this as it developes.

 

First one was okay, I thought, so yeah, bring on another. It's a novelty these days with comic book movies that they're not rebooting/recasting every five minutes.

 

The film sees Johnny Blaze, aka Ghost Rider, hiding out in remote Eastern Europe and struggling to repress his curse. Blaze is recruited by a sect to take on the Devil, who wants to take over his mortal son's body on the kid's birthday.

 

Fixed.

 

I really enjoyed Peter Fonda and Sam Elliot in the first movie. Everything else was lame.
