the tabs require a material with less creep. Seems like the basic formlabs resin warps over time. Works great for the first three days, but then the tabs become straighter and straighter until the veneer pops out after a few days.

Cybertronsurgery2010 (above) may have the answer, though. He has an FDM printer, which general is made of stiffer material. I think a lot of people are having success with FDM printed versions of this.
