I cannot check 'history' as it would not let me create an account with your website so have had to order without creating an account, as such I cannot use the problem report system to query this so having to do so here. How long does an email with tracking information normally take as I've yet to receive one, kind regards.
Hi, the system automatically creates an account for you. Password in the order confirmation email, or try the forgot password function.

have had reports of issues with machine boys onslaught bought one from ebay seller heard a snap it was stationary on ground opened it i could hear rattling a plastic piece which looks like a poor ratchet attempt the cog is thicker than the plastic piece and as the piece bends stress mars would occur also the piece had manufacturer defect
