May I ask what you did to the other 28 sideswipes? Also, I love your profile picture, how’d you get it to come out like that?

You don't need to worry about the other Sideswipes. I am the 29th and final iteration. All the others have been . . . dealt with.

Also, thanks for the compliment on the profile photo. I just took the photo of Sideswipe inside my black display case and then just edited the photo to increase the blackness and make the figure pop more.

I see. I welcome you to the clan of members who have defeated their other versions.

That photo looks really good. It feels like one of those professional photos. I see why it’s your pfp :)

My first Transformers were Armada Smokescreen and "Bendy" Prime. I grew up on the Unicron Trilogy and I still have a lot of those old toys that I played with as a kid.

I truly fell in love with this franchise though in 2007 with the Michael Bay movies. Say what you will about the live action movies but Bay helped bring fans (new and old) back into the franchise and I am truly grateful for that. The movies reinvigorated my love for Transformers and I will always consider those first three films to be my version of G1.

When it comes to my collecting, I collect what I WANT. At the end of the day, my collection is for me and me only. As long as I'm buying figures that make me happy, that's all I'm concerned about. I use that same thought process to everyone else on the boards. It doesn't matter if you collect official, 3rd Party, or KOs. It makes no difference to me as long as you are buying what you want.

For all of us, this hobby is meant to be fun and a way for us to "escape" from the real world. As long as we all have fun while collecting what we love, I don't see why we can't all get along.

    Thanks for reading.
