IMHO I don't think it's a major catastrophic issue, but perhaps more of a tolerance issue due to paints.
Question: how do u guys feel about his face sculp? Do you think they're spot-on screen/toon accurate enough?

Great comparison pic. XTB version looks noticably slimmer to me. It's smaller, cleaner and far more toon accurate too.
considering what this figure has accomplished I'm willing to forgive the complex transformation, as long as the materials are very good & no breakage.
