Haven't heard anything about a remake since that TV series. I don't think you could put any other music to a Flash Gordon film, no one would accept it. :D

I know, what a great game. I loved seeing Tom Brady with the sad face. The weather is wet and cold...can't stand it. How is it up there?

Oh god yes. Born showman and an amazing vocalist. The Wembley '86 concert is widely available on CD (can't remember if it's on DVD as well), and that's well worth owning. I love the rendition of Hammer To Fall from that show. Then again, I love that song. :D

I'd say go with something like Queen Rocks or Absolute Greatest for now. That'll be the sort of stuff you heard on the concert tape and both contain a lot of excellent tracks.

Depends what aspect of their music you're most into. Queen Rocks contains (as you might expect) a good selection of their rock stuff. The new Absolute Greatest album would give you a good collection of their most well-known stuff. A Night At The Opera is sometimes regarded as their finest album, although a lot of the tracks aren't perhaps the sort of thing you might expect if your only exposure to Queen is through radio stations. Jazz, The Game, The Works and The Miracle would also all be excellent choices. Their other albums I would regard more as ones to go after once you're used to the variety of different styles Queen recorded in.

      Hope that helps.

It's funny how the internet brings out the naysayers isn't it?

Cool! Of course, I tend to write books that are in a series... at least, that's my intention. Also, I seem more comfortable writing for young adults.

I tend to enjoy the occasional historical fiction, like John Jakes's Homeland and American Dreams. Since I'm a bit of a history buff, it wouldn't surprise me if I might attempt at writing something historically based.

You want to be a novelist? Cool! What genres do you write in? I write mostly sci-fi and fantasy.

      Yep.

Of course, I really want to be a novelist, but my parents told me I needed to find something else to fall back on. I've always wanted to learn how to make a website, so I figured I could make a career out of it.

I've been taking classes part-time at college since 2004, and it wasn't until just this past year that I found something worth getting into -- web design. So it'll be a while before I will graduate. And yeah, tuition is important. But I've had a trust fund set up back when I was in the 5th grade, so I really don't have much of a problem with paying tuition.

Don't feel too bad about screwing up on the boards... I've done my fair share of screw-ups in the past few months.

I'm doing fine. A bit busy with college, but at least I am able to have some down time to see what's happening on the web.
