apart of me use to like to collect gijoes. i have some great ones of the 82-84 area. im not really sure if im going to jump on the band wagon for the movie toys though. there are a few that look ok, that i might try to pick up, but nothing serious. i did pick a few up when they restarted doing the lines again this year though.
so i take it you collect more than one line of action figures?

yeah, it would be a waste to throw all that money on leaders. especially if your limited on budget. an right now im saving for the next wave and to return to school, so things are tightening down a bit.
i might attempt to get the reproduction there doing of MP OP. im pretty happy with just the 25th version, even if the voice is off.

just 100%pure awesomeness.....ok this is the deal. you need 3Ops and 3JetF...so A) displays in vehicle mode. B) individual robot modes. C) combined mode.

yeah i guess i am lucky, i work 2days a week but pull 16/24hour shifts. an i took the semster off college to attempt to enjoy the summer a little. so i have a tendancy to take the bike out and travel a bit just to look around(mainly get out of the house). I also live in the sticks, so its 20mins to nearest walmart, and 30ish to taylors, so its not that big of a deal for me. guess you could say its part of the hobby just to travel.

yeah by all means ramjet is my favor, even if skywarp is one of the main trio.

by the way, took me awhile to realize that this radicon thing is 85% prep work, 15 painting. im hoping after practice tomorrow i can start putting the first coat on, im really stoked about it and cant wait. i even custom made her a left hand tool, that im sure youll like.

wow, whats that make now 6 superions>???? i actually picked him up on sale from spartanburg, think he was 26ish... things havent been going so well in personal life, so things are a little slow the past week or so...btw taylors had the walmart excl. ramjet and skywarp on a side shelf(middle of toy isle) behind where they peg the regulars...if your still looking for them.

Ratchet's new paint job sounds cool, but I don't think I'd get him since I've got the first movie one.

How different is Desert Tracker Ratchet? Is he worth picking up if you already have the first movie version?

never been so disappointed with paint applications when i picked up my first few animated. so horrible, the paint sometimes just rubs off by touching them, least to say ive been catching back up in my airbrush skills.

however im pretty indiffrent about the titaniums, i half to see them in person, then talk myself into getting them. Most are cool but i usually pass unless its a character i really want.

thats tight that you get to see into the boxes before the release. thats a prop worth keeping imo. As far as whirl/bludgeon, im not a fan of the blackout mold but eh, its an exclusive and i honestly havent seen any major posts about it, that was until i bought it though. However the bludgeon looks really tight, even though we are getting a voyager one later?? I think….

By all means im usually a sucker for the seekers. Not a true diehard fan, but something different in their direction will usually grab my attention. Now to me hands down, Ramjet is a must even at 27$. Something about the paint scheme just screams buy me now!!.(so I had to) The skywarp is ok, it has a nice purple and red to it but it doesn’t really stand out to me.
The lenticular card, I found myself actually going ok its kool, only because it looks like its something that came out of the late 80s.

Been meaning to ask, do you do any kitbash, customs? I have some killer ideas that seem to be working well, but it would be cool to have someone local to catch advice from if I run into a snag..

My Leader Prime does have a sliver crest above the eyes. My Leader Prime is really good. The only complaint I have is that one of his bottom foot panels is looser than the other so when you pick him it flaps down sometimes. No biggie. I commend you for looking for the best paint jobs. I stopped doing that after I had a streak of defects when I picked the best painted one. Now I pick the first or third one I see.

What do you think of Leader Megs?

Oh, I love decent challenges. It will keep me on my toes until school starts again. ^^

I'll keep that in mind. Unfortunately I didn't find any toys, though I did by the LXG book. I think I might have to see the movie. ^^

Oh well. The only toys I'm really interested in are Sideswipe and maybe Soundwave.
