Flix, believe it or not, you got me into customizing. I stumbled upon your website about 5 years ago and saw your Deluxe ROTF Bumblebee, and I was determined to modify my own figures. Thank you for inspiring me.

No, to go to altmode the tail opens up and all the loose parts click together . there are no screws involved to hold this together.
there are so many screws in the tail that the ones that are taken out in the tutorial really dont do much except making it inpossible to open up the first part of the tail.

there are also enough plastic plugs to hold everything together. if you decide to disconnect the rotor part of the tail, youll see that this all is quite easy to do once the customizing is done.

somewhere there is a youtube video with someone showing how the disconnection of the tail is done after customizing. I got that from youtube .

I just figured out how to fit everything on blackout in robot mode instead of just putting it aside. I hate loose parts , Ialways loose them.

Thanks for the Blackout tutorial. I'm gonna try this tonight but leave off the cage in 'bot mode. I'm assuming if you want him back in alt mode you need to screw the tail back together, right?
