actually i downloaded the app to look at the art awhile back and it has a deck builder and rules so let me look. looks like it doesnt matter which faction? its hard to navigate but i can use both prowl and starscream for one deck

so i could do:
prowl
starscream
+ 40 action cards or whatever?

or:

ravage
mudslinger
+ 40 action cards

i guess you could use like 5 micromasters and no normal guys too
