I haven't watched much Akibaranger because it's not really my style. It's one of those adult humor Otaku kind of shows which is certainly popular among adult fans, but not really to my taste. You may like it though, and it's a really short series so not too taxing.

I highly recommend Gokaiger, the space pirate show. Some people don't like the attitudes of the main Rangers, but if you can tolerate them, the show is truly a sight to behold with appearances by every Ranger in history. Don't worry about not having watched older Toku shows, when I started Gokaiger I had only watched two other Super Sentai shows and I loved it immensely. It's a great introduction to Super Sentai as you learn about all the past teams.

Decade...hmm...I really don't like that one. It's one of those dark, brooding, overly convoluted type of shows. It suits some people, but I really can't stand it.

So any ideas what you would like to try? Maybe a Super Sentai series? :lol

Oh that's great! Fourze remains my favorite Kamen Rider series, but truthfully I've not watched many Kamen Rider series. I don't think Wizard is as fun as Fourze so I kind of stopped for now. The only Toku series I follow now is Kyoryuger.

If you're finding people to talk Toku with, Tokunation is a pretty good message board. It's definitely the best I've been to for Tokusatsu.

I personally have no problems with the character developments in BM considering what the characters went through
