Hey man, I noticed a post of yours in the anime thread that mentioned Gunslinger Girl - brofist for being a fellow liker of the series! I run a fan forum dedicated to the show and related material; we're a friendly crowd, and hold lots of interesting and intelligent discussions related to GSG - there's live chat sessions, fanart and fanfic sections, downloads and much more. If you feel like signing up (link is below), we'll welcome you with arms wide open. :D

i'm actually more surprised that they're actually going to do a thor 2 rather then just stick with the avengers, and it's various sequels, and then when they want to add a new character, all they gotta do is do one back ground movie, where it explores the new character's origins.

with that said, i liked thor, and i will look forward to the sequel.

well remember in the comics the avengers members always had thier own solo adventures despite beign part of a team, so i think Marvel wants to do the same with their movies

exactly what bugs me, the robot mode is fine, it's that alt mode that bugs me lol.

i don't have any of the HA's yet, lol although looks like the twins are all sold out every where, and here i thought they were hated :lol guess not!

Ratchet looks pretty close to his G1 self, so he works. Actually, imo, he's not bland enough, as I think he has a bit too much red in robot mode. I'm not sure what you're looking for in a "Classics" Ratchet. The alt mode for the mold could have been quite a bit less panel-y though.

Movie Jazz is a different story altogether :lol I've really been enjoying my HA Jazz quite a bit lately myself :) I don't want a "G1" version of it though.

Granted I ended up doing some mods to Universe 2.0 Ironhide, but the Ironhide and Ratchet from Universe 2.0 fit the bill nicely.

Seaspray is just awesome, and I think he fits in nicely as well :)

Target "G1" Jazz is standing in on my shelf right now, but his days are very numbered :lol

Megatron was an instant buy for me. He's . . . well, Megatron for starters. Also, I've always enjoyed the Unicron design elements in him. Galvatron I originally passed on because the night I went back to get him I found a case of Alts on clearance: Prime, Meister, Camshaft, and Mirage for $15 each.

Evac was another I've since sold, but I have both Blades and Springer. I'm getting that Warbot Defender for Christmas, so Springer will be on the sales list as well :lol You hit the nail on the head there with Blades :thumb

Bludgeon and Mindwipe are both awesome. Brawn is great too, but I think he's got a little too much movie going on with him for my Classics shelf

Oh, I totally feel ya there. I watched Galaxy Force when the fan dubs were coming out each week (!), and really enjoyed myself with the show. We got some very cool toys out of it, too :)

That being said, I never did have the attachment of show to toys that some do, and never "completed" the line. That being the case, when Classics-Generations started to grow and Hasbro started using the toys as repaint filler, I saw it as my opportunity to plug some of those toys in. I actually quit Cybertron when it came out since I was much more into Alternators, and needed the money for that line :lol

My vote is still out on TF:P. I tend to be one of those kinds of skeptics who just "waits to see", but not in a negative way. I like to give something a shot before I give a "yay" or "nay" vote. I'm very interested to see what the series holds :)

Oh, you're welcome; glad I could help!

I sold Downshift as part of my downsizing at one point, but kinda regretted I did. When BD came out, it gave more of a reason to fit into my collection :)
