So did the concepts for StarCraft Mega Bloks... if it never sees general release, though, good looks don't mean much.

 

Soundwave looks great. Love the absurd vehicle mode.

 

That soundwave is absolutely amazing.

 

Finally a Soundwave! If he does ever show, I'll definitely pick him up.

 

That Soundwave is awesometacular. I mean, I don't even like Bot Shots anymore and I still need him.

 

That Soundwave is great and I really like that Starscream too. I hope these at least make it to the online retailers. I'm still waiting on the more recent 3-packs, launchers and five-packs to hit retail anywhere around me, so I'm not holding my breath over these showing up in abundance at Walmart/Target/TRU or anything like that, though if they do, that's great too.

 

Flips table back up, slams Bot Shot Soundwave on table, then table splits in two and Soundwave delivers classic "Soundwave is Superior" line, LmAo    

 

That's not all! The Bot Shots checklist and battle game site have also updated, revealing new bios and a new female Predacon - BUZZCLAW!

(Plus it turns out the "Stormrazor" Bot Shot previously revealed in that Taiwanese catalog is now Skystalker.)

 

That's curious using the mould that seems designed for Ramjet or Dirge as the Techno-bot Strafe.

I wish Botshots had not disappeared of the face of the planet in the UK they make a nice impulse buy at the Supermarket.

 

I'm afraid that tracking them down is going to be a nightmare.

This irks me. The one upside i saw to construct bots was the fact that botshots had died and there'd be less competition for shelf space.
So now we have Beast Hunters, Generations, Botshots, and Construct bots, all fighting for shelf space. I wouldnt be so mad if stores were putting Construct bots with the building block sets where they belong.

Also, no more Kreon Microchangers after wave 3? Booooooo.

Glad these are still coming out. I've had fun picking and choosing the G1 homages out of each line. Soundwave and Prowl are a must buy. Kinda bummed they would do Smokescreen from a different mold than Prowl... when it's in the same wave and handy. Now we can add ANOTHER awkward repaint of Jazz to the list. That's a very, very, very long list now.
