Awesome! I like Vortex's voice. I guess we can confirm Perceptor is in the game. Not sure if he is playable though.

Not sure if this is exactly news, but a gameplay video from Kotaku shows off some new gameplay, which features voice acting for the characters. Optimus even talks to Perceptor, confirming his inclusion in the game.

I'm liking the voice for Jazz.

 

Aside from Jazz and Optimus those voices are terrible. I so hope they're not final. Vortex sounds like you're typical "Grr, I'm a bag guy, myeh" and Bruticus sounds ridiculous. They couldn't get somebody who actually sounds tough? Also it pisses me off that Optimus' one line to Perceptor here has more "oomph" and energy in it than all his dialogue from Prime combined.

Honestly Jazz's gameplay looks the most fun. More fun than Bruticus.

 

Jazz's voice was amazing. So were Vortex's and Perceptor's.


I didn't recgonize who the guy Jazz was talking to was. Bumblebee?

 

I think it's Cliffjumper. The Gameinformer issue says they are on a mission and get separated.

 

I see. It sounds too young to be Cliffjumper, but whatever

 

The only thing I didn't love about it is Vortex's voice. it sounds too generic IMO, needs more subtle robotic effects.

 

Well Cliffjumper was never one of the older bots.

 

and this again is why the High Moon Studios games have used the characters very well and Michael Bay wasted a lot of potential... whereas we see Michael Bay's Devastator with testicles on ROTF, we see in this cut scene Bruticus being a boss and kicking ass the way these Gestalts are supposed to be..

wow, im really liking the voices. they got perceptor's spot on. bruticus dose sound a little goofy, but ill get used to it. love vortex. the guy he was talking to almost sounded like knockout from TFP. but a litte different.

Bruticus sounds hilariously awful, but Jazz is sounding great. Vortex having a third "jet" mode is a nice twist.
