    No pic but

Movie 3 features Optimus Prime driving into battle with his weapon trailer! Trailer converts into mech suit that powers up Optimus Prime. Try me packaging with light and sound. Optimus Prime has several ports to armor up with mechtech weapons from other characters

Not suitable for under 5 years old

2 per carton which means it's at the devastator price point if history repeats itself - this our assumption before anyone has a massive shit fit and may be wrong :)

So the Mechtech does have a purpose other than to look stupid on the other toys?

Have to ask, where did you hear that?

So, "Ultimate" is the new name for "Leader Class" ?

Sounds cool, though I think I'll stick with my RotF Leader Prime. If we get a smaller version of his super-mode, I might get that.

Wouldn't it be easier to keep this, the ark news, and any other stuff you've got on the way in one thread? I'm assuming this came from, and anything else you've got in the works is coming from, the uk toy fair catalogue. Makes sense, to me anyways, to keep it all in one thread...

No, Leader is staying Leader. Ultimate probably means it's this years "Supreme" class figure. Kinda like the big Bumblebee figure last year, and Devastator the year before that.

No Ultimate is a class of it's own - as in "Ultimate Bumblebee" probably one up from Supreme. and two up from Leader.

I suppose technically Devastator is even bigger than an Ultimate as he was even more Expensive than Ultimate Bumblebee was.

If this transforms into a big (and accurate looking) Prime, with a good looking full trailer that can transform, I feel a winner coming up...

    No, Ultimate is Ultimate.

This doesn't fit into any pre-existing size class.

This like like Ultimate Bumblebee, or Battle Ops Bee, or "Supreme" Devastator. It's something on its own.

Or Supreme class. The Leader class is already spoken for so far (we've seen Bee and Sentinel Prime is in the same assortment).

I'd rather take something like this over sound effect Bumblebee or giant Animated Prime.

News like this warms my super robot loving heart. Can't wait to see/hear more about it.

This could be appropriately epic. Depending on how much awesomeness it employs in the end, it could be the definitive movie Optimus.

I think a number of us saw that coming, but it's nice to have it confirmed...especially considering all the bawwwing that resulted over Voyager Prime.

No surprise that he'll certainly tower over all enemy figures in the line. Although since he's supposed to be armored up anyway, he might match well with a Leader-class Decepticon. Although really, an "Ultimate" Megatron would be the best match because the scale would actually be about right. Sigh.

At least there will definitely be an Autobot larger than Leader Bumblebee, lol. Can't wait to see pics.
