Ok, now I am scared... I just did a check, and I am not getting a channel for Time Warner Cable... Says: "No way! Time Warner Cable isn't launching the hub yet."

 

I'm willing to give the character a chance, but the majority of people are going to hate Soundwave's design.

Bulkhead, however, is awesome. Wow.

 

I am getting a weird vibe from the designs all the sudden. Mainly ones like Starscream, Megatron, and Bulkhead. It feels too much like the creators said: "Ok, take the designs that they had in animated, make them look less "childish", make them more...  style". So, instead of the chin of Animated, these all are looking like they are all anorexic(sp?).

 

Soundwave is terrible, I hope the HUB will be available on Direct Tv.

 

Soundwave is....definitely not what I was hoping for, but I'll give him a chance, and it's at least good to see that the Decepti-troopers will have a named Leader. Also, his bio definitely works for Soundwave, it's just the look of him that feels odd. Hopefully his toy doesn't suffer too much, lol. Anybody else getting a Transtech Shockwave sort of vibe from this version of Soundwave?

Bulkhead on the other hand, looks really good, definitely better than I was expecting. I'm really looking forward to seeing what his toy looks like. The bio isn't bad, but seems to focus more on Miko than it does Bulkhead.

Starscream still looks good. Spindly, but good. I hope his toy, like Soundwave's, doesn't suffer too much. Bio definitely sounds like him, though I'd rather have a Starscream that's willing to complain about the way Megatron runs the Decepticons. Would create for some interesting dialogue between him and his master.

My opinion about the other designs we've seen before haven't really changed. Megatron is still my favorite one of them, with Ratchet in a close second. Optimus's design, if anything, is my least favorite one. Especially with him being so tall compared to the other Autobots. I just hope his toy turns out decent.

Hmmm, I'm still going to reserve judgement until I've had a proper look at the series, but I'm growing cooler and cooler on these designs. Soundwave and Starscream look like stick figures compared to the Bots, and if they can make these designs translate into toys in the same way that Animated did I'll be amazed and astounded.

 

Soundwave looks like The Fallen... aka CRAP. Love the Autobots, love Megatron, but the rest look like crap. Starscream and Soundwave look horrid. Oh well. I don't have cable anyway, and can't afford it, so I won't miss it. I'll enjoy TFA instead on DVD.

 

Soundwave is UGLY.

 

I hate to say it...but with designs like these...I don't see us getting a TF: Prime toy line.

Soundwave would be cool for an unnamed design. But as is....Damn, even RotF Soundwave was more recognizeable! I'm hoping that his portrayal at least will be cool, but that design is just...

 

Soundwave looks like a B.A.T.

 

I like that Soundwave Design very superior,and Arcee,Bumblebee, & Bulkhead are protectors of the humans is weird,but it can do until the Dinobots show up on these show.

 

Soundwave is not a bad design. He's a nice looking stealth bomber Transformer and everything, he just doesn't feel much like Soundwave by looking at him. Makes me think more of one of the Cyberjets. But if he manages to act the part I'll be able to look past that.

Megatron is still one of the most excellent designs going in there. And I'm really loving the look of Bulkhead.

The human kids sound interesting. The fact they're teens helps, the fact they have personalities other than being tagalong friends who occasionally need rescuing and often provide exposition helps too. Miko in particular has a lot of cool details in her backstory that I've not seen in a Transformers character in a while. In a funny way, she makes me think of Verity, and Jack sort of like Hunter. Though hopefully they get a better deal in the story.

 

Bulkhead and Ratchet are the only designs I like.

 

Starscream looks pretty slick. I have mixed feelings about Soundwave. He looks as though he might turn into a stealth bomber of some sort, ala galaxy force\ cybertron 'wave.
