    Huh. It really doesn't do much except for combine, talk, light up, and possibly open it's mouth of obliteration.

    Still not buying it though, "no matter the cost!"

    Mmmm... I can feel it's shelf-warming heat from here.

    I wish they would have at least TRIED to make it so he could walk on all 4. That would have helped make up for the lack of individual bot-modes. He just looks goofy compared to the onscreen movie stuff we have seen so far.

    I'm still confused on this $100 price point.

    What does that have going for it that would make Hasbro throw a price tag (in this economy) like that on it?

    My first guess would be size, but just from the few pics we've seen he's no Fort Max...
    Design? Maybe, but I would understand if all six had their individual robot modes. For just vehicles to combined form? I don't get.

    And is the $100 price tag just the SUGGESTED retail price? Could the actual price be more around $80?

    I like him, don't get me wrong. I'll pick him up on clearance cuz that'll be the only way I can afford him.

    He does have cool packaging. :)

    I know I'm in the minority...but I think this set looks kickass...
    and will look very nice sitting on my coffee table.
