Cool that they got around doing the idea of repainting the Magnus cab into Optimus Prime someday. Part of me wishes that they somehow also retooled the trailer to combine with him to do an armored Optimus that homages the Powermaster design or heck something new entirely.

If this is real, big shame about the hands not being able to fold away inside the arms, the blue fists are gonna look real ugly in truck mode just hanging out even more so than Magnus since they're a different color to the rest of the body.

 

The fandom would like a Delta Magnus with the mold of Siege or Kingdom / ER Ultra Magnus, and Takara / Hasbro made a new OP with that mold... Why?

Huh... the Kingdom Magnus cab portion isn't great on it's own to begin with so this just seems like Takara doing something because "why not?".  

Agreed. I wouldn't buy it since I never cared for Energon Prime, but those chonky proportions would work so well for that design.
