    Looks like Takara is doing a mostly clean Siege Soundblaster with the mercenary logo, sadly it comes with Laserbeak and not Buzzsaw

    If it had Buzzsaw i would be all over it.
    As it is, I don't need another Laserbeak and prefer the figure with the Decepticon logo.

    Loving all the Buzzsaw love in the thread, but let's be real, if you had to (re)buy Soundblaster to get him, there'd be a lot of hate over that.

    Why not use the Earthrise mold instead? I never really like that Siege..... thing.

    for sure, but the only reason to get this Soundblaster as it stands is for the merc logo and non cracked tape deck, buzzsaw would have been a much bigger incentive, plus buzzsaw was hanging out with Soundblaster in the show so it would have made more sense

    Because this is a Takara release and they haven't released the Siege Soundblaster yet, plus it ties in with the Netflix show where Soundblaster is not a tape deck

    It looks like it's still cracked, or at least has some kind of crack painted on. It's still a ton less pronounced that the original though.

    True, but honestly to get Buzzsaw we're likely going to have to buy something else we really don't want in order to get him anyway, so might as well be Netflix Soundblaster.

    Already have the original release, and will be repainting the original Laserbeak into Buzzsaw when I get the Netflix one. So I have no need for him.


    Hopefully Toyhax can get off their ass and make a mercenary insignia kit, too.

    I’m sure he’s coming... eventually. At this point they might as well make him using the new tooling from ER Laserbeak...
