Even though he didn’t do the best job transforming it, he still looks incredible. Probably the best movie Bumblebee yet!  

 

This bumblebee is more "MPM" material than MPM-3 itself and that's super fucked up, hasbro/takara.

 

IMO the hands are really gimpy, like AoE High Octane Bumblebee levels of gimpy, but otherwise the figure looks great. I am gonna wait for a unmasked version though, hopefully it'll have better hands too.

 

I have a feeling Hasbro will just make the Revenge of the Fallen Bumblebee without the Battlemask. If people want his normal head, they’ll have to buy that figure.

 

It's sort of impressive to me just how much they can continue to reinvent the same basic design.

I knew that the leg engineering was basically reused from TLK/SS Old 'Bee molds (with the addition of thigh and waist rotation this time, apparently), but I was just expecting minor changes to the torso area, not a whole new system.

I like how the forearm guards expand.

 

Still have not confirmed SS48.

 

This looks great! MPM Bee is still the best iteration of this design though, but that won't stop me from getting this one, Very solid looking figure!

Gunmetal gray, gun that doesn't require arm swapping and a high ankle tilt that follows the curve of the lower leg...I'm impressed. This is a step in the right direction.

 

Good looking bee, but anyone saying it’s as good or better than the MPM needs to think long and hard about what they just said.

 

That is a fake-car hood done so DAMN right. I don't know why I am digging it so much, I had long forgotten the chest curved since the Bay films are just these things I buy action figures from now, but damn! And it integrating with the real car front in robot mode definitely helps to sell it. The arms look better, the clear plastic use looks better and the legs are just different enough to what I remember to get mentioned too.

 

Poor deluxe bumblebee can’t ever get decent ankles.

Otherwise, it’s quite nice.

Gorgeous!!! The only gripe I have is they molded it after a 2010 SS which is the basis supposedly for a DOTM BB. Guess we’ll never see that 07 concept Camaro again in toy form  

 

I keep expecting them to address some of the issues I had with previous attempts, but they never get this design right.
