That's nice for the Japanese fans. And not a big worry for us, since they look identical to the Hasbro releases. Still would be nice to see LG-EX Buster and Hydra.
Nice! My Monsterbots will all be Hasbro but it's great that there'll be a complete Takara set as well. Even happier to see that there'll be a second chance at the Throne of the Prime's set if I can't score one off HTS.
Very curious what the Throne is gonna cost from Japan. There's a possibility that fighting for it on HTS may not be worth it.
Apparently the note next to the PP-43 sign says something to the effect of "this release will be slightly different" but does not explain how. I assume we're still gonna get the remaining Prime Masters. Maybe paint apps replacing the stickers?!?! One can dream....

I don't think there is any changes from their Hasbro counterparts besides the boxes correct me if i'm wrong? Glad to see them get a release in japan though.
Seriously though, I have this uncanny feeling that it'd be a lot easier to just get this via BBTS than just scouring other online places for a NYCC exclusive and a premium figure that I don't even know how much it'll be.
Anyone who just want the monkey and the scepter? I only want the four Prime Masters... With a Takara release on the way I wouldn't mind going in on it with someone who only wants the monkey. I just want the Prime Masters and nothing else.
From what I've seen so far that has been posted on TFW2005, the POTP Takara releases was exactly the same as the Hasbro down to the box, except for a sticker in Japanese with the Takara numbering covering up the character name on the front of the box.
Not getting my hopes up, but hoping Repugnus and Grotusque do have a couple more paint details, at least to match Doubleccross in levels of detail.
