Airstrike, Sports Car, Race Car, Battle, Rescue, and Off Road were all Micromaster patrols! Cool!

 

They also happen to be ALL the 1st year (1989) Micromaster patrols too, that can’t be a coincidence! If we’re extra lucky, maybe we’ll get the other six 2nd year patrols next year too (Construction, Air, Monster Truck, Hot Rod, Race Track & Military)

 

So, this basically confirms Micromasters huh? And they seem to be selling the teams as one? Well, if the quality is good, color me interested.

No idea what to make of Power Ram though, I hope it's like a tf version of Ram Man lol.

$15 for a whole patrol team, eh? The possibility of them being very tiny is iffy, but they will probably not be any bigger than the originals at that price point.

 

Hmmm, I hope they're either really tiny or have some cool new gimmick. Unlike a lot of the other 80's guys, the Micromasters were good to begin with, so I don't feel like they really need an "update"--I guess people who never bought them back in the day will be happy...

I'm gonna be the guinea pig here and put in a pre-order for the Airstrike Patrol, which should ship around December. Dropping $15 shouldn't be too much of a hit to my wallet.

It occurs to me. If Micromasters are on the menu, maybe the Prime silouette we saw the other day, could be Star Convoy?

 

Very cool if these do turn out to be what we suspect. Could definitely use a Micromaster update.

Suits me. Until recently, I'd never really given Micromasters much of a look. They were a few years before my time and didn't really appeal to me all that much, as is the case with most of the later G1 stuff. Then a little over a month ago I got my hands on a complete Star Convoy, which comes with a "Hot Rodimus" Micromaster, and it's the coolest thing ever. Now I'm mad for Micromasters and want them all! If the Generations line wants to satiate that hunger, then I'm all for it.

 

Was thinking exactly the same thing! That or a fully transformable version of Action Master Prime, with the Micromasters replacing the Action Masters in the trailer section.

AND, if we get a Star Convoy, you can bet Super Megatron won’t be far behind. He’d even make a great premold/remold for Shockwave if (according his evergreen design) Shockwave’s now using a jet alt mode.

 

I doubt it, that looks more like a potp prime redeco. I would still absolutely want one and super megatron is also in for consideration.
