The fan event at this year's Australian Toyfair has now come and gone, with the three new toys for a handful of fans here in Melbourne to test out, and post up photos to the rest of the world.

A group of 13 only had about 30-40 minutes with the toys, so we didn't get much time each to play with them... and we didn't get to transform Inferno into the Combiner core mode.

I see the inferno and outback I'll gladly get but skipping the other. I also think maybe this toyfair was better than NYC toyfair.

 

So your telling me that in 40 minutes nobody took the literal 30 seconds it takes transform Inferno into torso mode and then take a picture?

 

Hasbro Australia should have totally put up a giant banner depting Outback's face that says "COME SEE OUR BOT!"

 

There really wasn't anybody who could take pictures of the combined mode?

 

Outback looks FANTASIC, Cindersaur is looking good but i have to kmow if that duck face is on the toy, because it sucks. One pic looks like maybe not.

Looks like Cindersaur has a new head- I like it. Wished I could have seen Torso mode from Inferno .

 

Or even an underside/back angle to see the combiner bits.

It's "Onyx Matrix" ... So when the leak said Predaking would have a Matrix, they were referring to the chamber the Primemaster sets in.

He doesn't have an Enigma, but you could argue that's because he's a natural combiner. Unlike Elita, Starscream, etc who're just bots who gained the power to combine from it.

 

It only takes 2 to 3 minutes tops to get that Inferno into torso mode for me. Lolz.

 

Outback and Cindersaur look fantastic.

Inferno not so much.

 

Here's to hoping the next Legends class convention pics will be a surprise Flywheels reveal.

 

Also extremely fitting that a character named Outback was revealed in Australia.

 

So Predaking is the annoying sober guy at the party who’s “high on life,” while all the other guys are tripping balls on Enigma?

 

Hopefully Inferno’s torso mode gets a name. And a name better than Elita’s..

Cindersaur & Outback for sure. Inferno however is an easy pass for me.

 

Inferno will be a decent figure but I don't see it as Inferno and I think they'll have a tough time prying $25-$35 from the wallets of people that wouldn't spring for Onslaught or Hotspot at $20.
