I havent listened yet, so I'm rather curious how Defenders Of The Faith relates to a Transformers podcast.

Diaclone did not make to 1984, but Microman did put out a few Microchange figures that year. Also Takara did try to revitalize Microman during the late ninties.

Funny stuff! I am about to go grab a TR Blitzwing right now out of FOMO and the topic about the tape cassettes reminds me of the album covers I've got for their cases from Toyhax. The parental advisory stamp that's only on Laserbeak and Buzzsaws covers cracks me up. All the song names on the inside are fictitious though. I think just to mix it up Ramhorn could be in to re-gee, Rhino tfs can be pretty chill guys at times and it'd be a funny way to reference cybertron Backstops accent.

    Why wouldn't I? I was a kid/ mid-teens in the 80's. It would be wired if I didn't know them.

Thanks for answering my question! I always enjoy hearing your thoughts. Seth, sorry about your cat. It's never easy when a pet passes away. I had cats, I miss them.
I love where you went with the radio discussion. The station I DJ for is all free form since we don't have sponsors. Because of that, we have no advertising so it's not like we're well known. Even when I play new music that I found somewhere, it might not get a lot of attention.
Commercial radio is so freaking structured. It bothers me like crazy. I have family who work in some aspects commercial radio and I've been told that I would never want to be a commercial radio DJ. Any freedom they had to play stuff is gone. It's sad.
As for the tapes, I could see Laserbeak playing something like Nine Inch Nail's "Head Like a Hole". I could see Rewind playing "Safety Dance" or something. Just my take on that.

I am definitely one who finds something in aisle and take it for a walk about even if I know I won’t get it. I know held on to a Sky Shadow for 15 minutes before my wife asked what the hell I was doing.

My parents boil hamburger for spaghetti. I never thought it was weird until college when I asked a group of friends why they were browning the hamburger in a pan. I was given a lot of wtf looks.
When I confronted my parents about why they do this, all they said was a co-worker told them that's what they did to make it "healthier".

Ok, we’ve got to talk about cooking turkey...

First off, deep fried turkey has been a thing in the southern US for a loooooooong time. Second, you don’t just take some crawfish and a turkey and throw em in water to boil. You make a sort of soup base, throw in some peppers, carrots, potatoes, and the works, then add crawfish and a whole turkey. That stuff is amazing!

I lived with someone who would leave peanut butter in the blender. This wouldn't be a big deal because blenders clean themselves but she would always stick all of the dirty silverware in the blender neck deep in the peanut butter. Didn't do anything with with the rest of the dishes but this counter productive mess was part of her morning routine.

I gave up The Hunt super early in my return to transformers. My closest TRU was on the absolute edge of my general travel circle. After it closed, TRU is a straight up journey, and though the area isn't a toy desert, I'm pretty sure it's at the butt end of distribution.

I have never related to a situation more than that roommate situation Seth brought up. Speaking as someone who is living with a roommate who brings random women home every night or completely destroys the house that my girlfriend and I spend all day cleaning. It’s always nice to hear that we’re not the only ones with issues like that. Great show as always!

I think I lucked out with room mates. I'm a pretty neat person, I clean the whole apartment once every two weeks and keep clutter to a minimum (which also helps curb my collecting). My first room mate was similar to me in terms of habits so our college dorm was kept pretty clean. My second group of roommates had one messy one but he was influenced by the rest of us to keep his mess to his bedroom. My last room mate was relatively clean, his bad habit was leaving dishes to soak until he actually needed them again, but we had a conversation about how it prevented me from being able to clean my dishes if the sink was full and he started taking care to clean after eating. All and all even though I've only had one room mate that I was friends with before living with them I think I've gotten along well with everyone, must have just gotten lucky on the draw.

Is the next podcast going to talk about Titans Return now that we have 4 episodes out or is the crew waiting for the whole thing to be "aired"? I mostly just want to hear reaction about the character that showed up in Episode 4, I think someone is giving Megatron a run for their money in terms of best character in a bad show. If we get a whole episode of " " vs Megatron where they are just trashing each other and fighting, I think the whole Titans Return show thing might kind of be worth it...
