    Boy and girls can like whatever toys they want, but marketing ponies to boys just seems... weird.  Also, are they sure that \"30%\" is actually boys, because I was under the impression it was grown men?

    For the record, the exact thing Goldner is saying is that 30% of the TV audience are boys for MLP. Heck, my son watches "Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse" with his little sister because they're dang funny...but that doesn't mean he's purchasing Barbie dolls. So, what's probably happening at Hasbro right now is "how do we convert that 30% viewing audience to sales"...because I seriously doubt toy sales are 30% boys (and something I don't think Hasbro can track anyway without surveys).

    This is the same mentality that complains about the addition of more female Transformers. Why can't boys and girls like what they like and Hasbro just sells the stuff to them?
