As announced on their Facebook page and Instagram, Prime 1 Studio now has the license to Transformers: The Last Knight. This comes as no surprise as they have previously done the majority of the figures from the first four movies.

These ultra high-end collectible statutes are the undeniably the definitive representation of the movie characters, but come at a cost. Each figure ranges in price from $1500 up to $2500 depending on the character, but by all accounts these statues are indeed museum quality and worth the price.

There are no product details to go with the announcement images, but be sure to check back for details as they become available. In the meantime, jump over to our discussion thread to let everyone know how much you'd love to have these statues if they were just a little bit more affordable.

Hmmm. Interesting. I hope they still have the Josh Nizzi designs on the docket for production, although I know I couldn't justify the price for one.

Still more excited for the BW statues, but I'm sure these'll be cool, too.

The prices will always keep me from ever buying them, but the statues always look godlike.

More statues I can't possibly afford and couldn't possibly find space for if I could.

Some day I suppose I might grab a couple of their busts, but that's the only possability. Disapointed 3A didn't do more here (at least so far).

Even though I'd say I'm probably more excited to see their Generation 1 line, and any other Beast Wars statues planned, I still really like their Movie themed statues.

I really have to wonder who buys these things, they must sell if they keep making them, are they really limited in quantity, anyone know?
