Wait... so they file this trademark after the line devoted solely to Combiners ends?
Doesn't make sense why they didn't file this before, unless this is for the third line of Prime Wars.

 

I was thinking something like Micromaster Combiners.

 

This might actually be the official title of Machima's animated series. Just throwing it out there.

 

Here's hoping, that'd be awesome. That's what Combiner Wars was missing, Non-vehicle combiners!

 

I'd imagine they'll use this to Sub-brand combiners as "Combiner Wars" ends as the marketing push ~ i.e., the upcoming box sets so that "Combiner Wars" and "Titans Return" aren't seen as competing with one another? Also, makes it so that the "Combiner Wars" are over, and they can toss out the occasional "Combiner Force" boxset without it tying into any larger story line.

example: Transformers: Generations: Titans Return: Combiner Force Technobots (hows that for a mouthful)

 

Very vague, could mean just about anything.

 

Here's hoping it heralds the release of a Voyager class Alpha Bravo torso, so we can finally have that all-chopper al-the-time combiner we've all dreamed of!

I just hope this means more combiners. Sure some people weren't happy but I was all sorts of happy with being able to swap out characters between teams, getting characters I had been waiting years for, and I even liked characters being combiners that hadn't been on a combiner team before.

 

Well, let's assume the third Prime Wars subline is titled something like "Beasts Unleashed", this could be a sub-imprint for that line focused on beast combiners.

Or it could be for something totally unrelated, who knows!

I would not object. Heck, lets throw in the BW cast as combiner team members. I would buy a Maximal combiner consisting of Optimus Primal, Rhinox, Rattrap, Dinobot, and Cheetor. Or a Predicon one consisting of Megatron, Scorponok, Waspinator, Terrorsaur, and Tarantulas.

I do hope that future combiners are Combiner Wars compatible.

 

Definitely a way to use combiners in further lines.

 

I feel like an old fart for being the only one who thinks this could be a subline for Powerlinx.

Rumor has it we're getting a Godbomber for PMOP and Alpha Trion might have a Victory Leo remold planned, so I assume this is what those are being labeled as.

 

I'm guessing post-Combiner Wars combiners may have this title.
