I'm excited but I got a feeling they will be action figures. If the size is reasonable say, 1/12 format...I may consider. I may go nuts if the toys actually transform.
For a moment I misread this as 3h and was hoping we were getting a reprint of the 3h comics. Oh well.
I eagerly anticipate where you are going with this. Whichever way I'm sure will be stunning. Personally, I'd love a "Masterpiece Plus" style line, even if it didn't transform. Figures like the Marvel releases could be cool too if done right.

I'm fully expecting doll figures with G1 character heads on them like they did with their Star Wars license. That, or bad redesigns like their Iron Man. Expect the worst, hope for the best.
Are we supposed to be impressed?.... These going to be something affordable unlike the movie Starscream thing?
i'm picturing a non-transforming, super posable, super high def G1 Datsun 280 Z Police Car Prowl figure complete with interior car details: Seats, steering wheel, 80's police band CB radio, dashboard with AM/FM cassette player details etc... Working light up head lights, tail lights, emergency light bar and eyes...
It would help if someone would actually explain who these people are and what what they make, because I have no idea what's going on.
they do all kinds of high definition figures from different genres. Recently they did the dark of the moon transformers line. These things are extremely expensive but their quality is amazing, for the most part. Google 3A transformers figures. Their Optimus and Starscream are pretty awesome.
I'm content with Masterpiece, 3rd Party and all the many other options for my G1 stuff. Their DOTM stuff is good, but I hope that they do more movie stuff. That is the stuff that looks the best as action figures. As for non-transforming figures, I'm going to go with Ori Toys, Kids Logic, ThreeA and I think Comicave is going to to a awesome AOE Bumbleee so I'll check that out.
Oh man...you just brought me down to earth with the Iron Man comment...good one. It does keep my expectations in check.
