Amazing detail and paint. Too bad the design looks like someone dragged a magnet through a junkyard.

I never noticed how awful Ironhide's design was.

    His legs are just... shards.

    His proportions looks rather..super-deformed.

    Damn! Looks awesome!
I'm just gonna go ahead and say that Prime 1 Studio might be the best statue maker out, now. They are just killing it.
And for my two cents, I really dig the unorthodox nature of the designs. They "feel alien" to me, which is appealing.
Yes, lots of stuff going on and busy in their details, but it just does it for me.
Iron Hide also being one of my favorites, this is just great to see.

If you like alien designs, then I assume you share my love for Doritoscream :lol

As for Ironhide, superb statue from Prime1 as always. Does it include the stain from Mojo?

Looks awesome and very CGI/screen accurate!

As much as I dig Prime 1 Studio's statue designs, they're just way too expensive (ouch my wallet!) and way too big (ouch my display space!) for me to ever go in on them, which is a shame since they look phenomenal. I'll have to be content with 3A/ThreeZero's DOTM offerings with their more manageable prices/sizes plus they're fully articulated, which is much more my style as I normally don't purchase statues.

    You gotta love Doritoscream. lol
Yeah, I was one of those seemingly rare few who dug Scream's design when I saw it. Though he looks absolutely NOTHING like G1, I just still like it. Awkward and ape-like. Trippy.

And I hear ya, Timesynch, it sucks that these are so costly.
It would be nice is Prime 1 did a smaller, more economical line. That said, if I were able to easily swing these, I know I'd be rearranging my house to fit them in. lol
Damn you, Prime 1!! See what you're doing to us?? The mental turmoil...:)
    Effing KILLER work, again.

If they make a Lockdown bust like they've done for the others, I would get that. The busts are more affordable, even though we all wish we could afford the full pieces.

But I agree with Timesynch, space is a whole other issue

    Indeed.
I've also thought about at least getting the busts.
It's amazing just how quickly collecting smaller scale stuff can quickly take up space.
I couldn't imagine having a few of these big statues. The boxes, alone, must be the size of a refrigerator! You'd need a hangar just to store the boxes.

Man these things are insane! If I ever win the lottery, I'm buying the entire set of these statues.

If I had the money and space, this would be mine. I, personally, love the movie Ironhide design.

They've proven they can nail the CGI designs and at a large scale, now I just have one question:

How long until we can get 1:1 scale statues of stuff like movie Frenzy, Wheelie, Ejector, Brains & Scalpel? A 1:1 scale ZE DOKTAH!

1:1 frenzy would be boss. also it would need to have LEDs in the eyes.

Just to add. I've still not been AoE... wow they just were not trying with Lockdown. its basically a human model with a few lambo parts glued on. I know that could apply to a few TF's just with that design he has an almost human like muscle structure in his legs.

If I could give an order to Prime 1 Studio, I want figurines of Movie Jazz, Jetfire, ROTF Soundwave (with Ravage) and Hound.

Actually his upper body is fine, it's his legs that are a bit weird because they form the trunk/boot/back part of his pick-up mode. And the toys have them be a bit short and stubby, so they are extended and "spiked-out" in the final movie design.

Damn. I was afraid they were eventually gonna make an Ironhide. Looks like I might be buying one of these ridiculous things...

I knew some rabid movie fan would get on me for that.

Even though I actually like the Movie designs.
