The English version of Transformers: Rising was released a couple of days ago. However, the game was unavailable for majority of the players to download and with no official explanation.
The team at the Transformers: Rising Facebook Fan Page investigated the matter and stated that the English version released on March 12th was only for the South-East Asian region. The page also mentions that the US and UK release are both in development.
Today, after the third server went live for the game, fans inquired from the Official Transformers: Rising Facebook page regarding the confusion. Efun then made the following statement:
“for the moment the game is released in Southeast Asia region. We do apologize for the inconvenience we bring. Thanks.”We do not know how the roll out is going to happen at the moment. We’ll update with more info, as we get it.

I can tell you how you scored the Megatron! It was part of your "day 2 log on rewards" located (oddly) under "Event". They are running a new player special where if you log once each day, you can score the additional keys to power Meg's up into his SS Card form at the end of day seven. Its basically a really nice freebee.
The Bumblebee, I think, came from a code given out on the official Rising web site just before launch.
Yeah, me too. But after a couple days solidly playing it I'm getting more of a handle on it. If you get stuck, just post. I'm sure someone here would be happy to help.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.4.2 and it says it's not available on my device. WTF?
EDIT: Got it running and now on lvl 15 .. still haven't figured everything out yet..
Cyberwolf1980
Definitely. I don't know how but on my second day I managed to get enough keys to craft Megatron, as well as evolving BB to S class. If we can't transfer I'm pretty much gonna be stuck with the SE Asian version, which world boss and recharge times are at rediculous hours
DarkPrinceofKaon
I absolutely agree, Cyberwolf. Lost only $6.00 or so on it BUT that doesn't make up for what I have lost: rare card pulls and time.

FYI, it's available in New Zealand, too (and probably Australia). Ironically, NZ is usually the first to get new apps on the iOS App Store. I think it's kind of a test market since NZ is relatively small. Unfortunately, my phone is out of action until tomorrow, so I can't personally check it out.

Would have been nice to know it was the SE Asian version before I downloaded it and put money in. Only a dollar, but still it's the principle of it. Wonder if i could transfer the account.

WA? Wait, wait , wait a minute…
I just got the APK file working less then 24 hours ago and have been playing nonstop. So does this mean when the US version is finally released that all my current progress is deleted and rendered null and void?
I don't want to be investing countless hours in a version of the game that is only going to be superseded in only a short time. How does something like this even work? I have never been involved in something like this. This is nuts.
What would you guys do? There it is. just that simple. Love your input. Unless its crap input,…in which I will not love it.

Theres something about the english translation that annoys me!
T-Hybrid
It's fan translated, and I'm guessing the process used to do so was somewhat auto-mated.
Doesn't mean they couldn't have reviewed things a bit more closely.
Illmatic
I played the Legends game for about two days and immediately uninstalled. These card games just get old fast.

Maybe it will be like the GI Joe game where they had a big sale to get people to buy the good cards then the next month announce the game was shutting down, the servers were shutting down, and you wouldn't be able to play the game at all after spending money on the big card sale. There are have been some big scams with freemium gaming but this company wants to out do everyone when it comes to underhanded.
DecepticonSpike
Why would a game need to be able to record conversationns?
tfefun
You can go to: Transformers: Rising to download the apk to have a try.
DecepticonSpike
Got to play it. Uninstalled.
AngryChad
This thread is a lie.
warriorpriest
What bothers me is I had to download the APK. But it then asks that it can read my text messages? WTF?
DecepticonSpike
So what country can play this game?
JaviSRK
Can I say that there are now too many Transformers mobile games?
Angry Birds Transformers
Legends
Battle Tactics
Now this? TOO MANY!

For those interested, the official site has a free code that you can redeem for an in-game bundle. I'm on iOS and can't play yet to tell you what is in the bundle, but wanted to share.
They also have a link to the APK at the top of the page for you Android users
EDIT: it looks like this game is up in the New Zealand app store, but not yet for the US app store. As of 1020PM US Central time.

Mobage and DeNA have actually always been the same company, it's just a confusing marketing idea that never caught on. The idea was that Mobage was the platform of mobile games they made, and DeNA was the company that made them. In reality, it was too confusing so they recently (December 2014) dropped the Mobage name and re-branded everything as DeNA.
Source: I play too many mobile games.
Official source: DeNA Games Blog • Mobage is now pronounced DeNA (D-N-A)!
