Transformers Prime The Game Screenshot

The official Transformers Facebook page has updated with a screen capture from the Transformers Prime video game, coming this Fall from Activision to Nintendo Wii, DS and 3DS. The screen capture shows the five Autobots of Team Prime epicly facing the sunset with their human friends. The version this screenshot is from is not specifically mentioned - but it captures the feel of the series nicely, I'm sure you'll agree. Check it out by clicking on the thumbnail to the left of this story.

Graphics are pretty good for a Wii game, I'm actually excited for this game.

But why is the image called "Iron Man"??

It's just perspective. If you look closely you can see that Bumblebee is closer to the foreground than Ratchet.

It could just be that Optimus is standing further forward than the others, since it looks accurate otherwise:

Edit: Look at the placement of the shadows. Optimus IS standing further forward in the shot.

Aw, love Raf sitting there on BB's shoulder, didn't notice him at first, I think their heights look about right, but they all look a little thin

Which version is this? If this is the Wii/3DS version then it's okay but it could be better.

If that's the DS version then that's fantastic!

Yeah, looks like it was "stretched" a bit, especially for Optimus.

Overall, nice looking group!

So if Raf is that small compared to Bumblebee in robot mode, just how big is the car? Same thing with Miko and Jack compared to Bulkhead and Arcee. In fact just how big are the 'Bots compared to the humans? Cuz this looks completely out of scale human to 'Bot wise.

This is proof that Hasbro want's their hands in every pot and wants their brand in everything.

So if Shrek-formers can invade the Videogame market with FOC securing that spot then I motion that IDW invade the animation market.

Come on Hasbro, be fair....Some of us need a real Transformers show!

Yeah, just look or even draw your cursor across where their feet are and you'll see that Bumblebee and Arcee are standing right at the back, while Ratchet is out front.

I'm still surprised they made Arcee so huge. She's twice as tall as she should be. Imagine Jack riding her as motorcycle. Then she mass-shifts I assume into this implausibly huge robot.

That's how it is in the show.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is a 3DS screenshot because it's too pixelated to be a wii and too smooth for DS.

Wii owners are pretty short in the Good TF games department.

Well, at least they have shadows here. I guess that is some improvement. Otherwise, nothing to be interested or excited about with this screenshot.
