Quick questions: are the Insecticons in the game generic or are is Bombshell, Shrapnel and Kickback confirmed?
Hmm, if the WfC and FoC games are part of the G1 continuity (correct me if I'm wrong), then how could Grimlock exist on Cybertron if Wheeljack and Ratchet are responsible for creating the Dinobots on earth (millions of years in the future)?
As a first taste, not bad. But hopefully they'll come out with a more full trailer soon, because this pales in comparison to WFC's first trailer. Not sure how I feel about Grimlock's robot mode. It's awesome in the quick glimpses of that trailer, but when you see it like this, it could have been better. The torso especially looks a bit simple and could use extra details. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../FoC/Grim0.jpg

No word yet, but I'll be surprised if it's not those three controlling the army of Insecticons in this game. And yeah, NYCC is this weekend. |
This is when living in Japan sucks; I have to wait an extra day for news from the State to hit the Net. *sigh*
Cuz they are not part of the continuity, but a retelling of the TF lore, according to the GI article...This looks awesome..and to already have a trailer? There is NO WAY this game waits until Dec, 2012 to come out. I am thinking more like May or June.....April would be nice! ![]()
I've heard a friend talk about WfC & have read Exodus. Hasbro keeps using "Continuity Family" 'cause there are issues (a lot I recall as character deaths in Exodus) that keep them from being a solid contiuity. As to Grimlock, he was only built by Wheeljack in the G1 Cartoon. In the comics, he was a Cybertronian Native; in Animated, the Allspark animated a Dino-robot. I know in War Within, Grimlock had a tank-ish altmode... & I've heard the Shockwave experimenting to give him a beast mode thing before.
